Thankfully, India was also invited to join the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) the largest free trade agreement in the world made up of 15 nations around the Indo-Pacific region but chose not to join. That was a blessing in disguise for the others. The Indians think too highly of themselves, refusing to join knowing that China is the dominant nation. India is only interested in bullying its smaller neighbors like Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Sri Lanka. When Pakistan and Bangladesh moved closer to China, India was not happy. India is behaving like the USA, not allowing China to have any influence over any other country.

I admire how the Indian think highly of themselves, it show a very high level of self-confident. As to the outcome of what they can do, that another story..hahaha Modi is very happy to be talking to Trump again, he is just like most world leaders who are scare of the bully. These leader can only bully it own peasants of it weaker neighours.
Understand that Modi has an understanding with the EU to co-operate in the EV battery sector in order to counter China's dominance.
Now, the EU does not have much of a reputation in the field of EV battery manufacturing, and so does India. Perhaps the blind leading the blind can come up with something earth shattering. Moreover, China still controls all the raw materials, like Lithium, for the manufacturing of EV batteries. China presently holds 70% market share of global battery manufacturing.
Having said that, China is now moving away from Lithium based EV batteries and is already into mass producing sodium-ion based batteries that are a better storage medium and have longer charging life cycles than Lithium based batteries. Such batteries are safer, generate less heat and less likely to explode and causing destructive fires.
India's problems are getting worse by the day. The West's outsourcing of its back-office work to India has been taken over by AI instead, and Indian call centers are closing down for good.
India already has a huge problem creating jobs for new entrants to the work force of some twelve million a year. With the fall of its call centers, coupled with Indian workers in the Middle East displaced by the war and the backlash against Indians in the West, the situation looks grim for India. But, not to worry, as the Indians have such a high level of confidence in Modi who will find a way forward by clinging on to Trump's big foot and begging the Europeans to lend a hand.
Modi is even begging Trump to protect Indians in the Middle East. Modi is now clearly very guilty-conscious knowing that Iran does not see India as a friendly state towards Iran like in the past.
Two days before the USA and Israeli attack on Iran, Modi was in Israel hugging Netanyahu, probably assuring Netanyahu of India's support. Modi even claimed that Israel was the fatherland of the Indians. The sinking of the Iranian warship carrying Iranian participants of an international fleet review exercise in India was left to be sunk by USA submarines in the Indian Ocean. What was even more damaging was that the rescue attempt was carried out by the Sri Lankan navy, with India just showing scant regard to the rescue of the people in the sunken warship.
India is now so powerful and its economy roaring to surpass China. They are even gloating that China's economy is at the brink of a disaster. And Modi has full confidence that Singapore will solve his unemployment problems.
Oh, Modi has made enemies of Iran and also Turkiye. Terminating all Turkiye airport services in all Indian airports in one day. No further notice or time to wind down. Modi has made it clear that it is a closed ally of Israel and against the Arabs and Muslims.
