AIM – It is all WP’s fault
I have read several comments in TRE concerning the AIM issue and it seems that the fault lies with the WP. It is all because the WP was given a red card and it is not turning the table around. Some even accused the WP for taking so long to bring up this problem. The WP should have known when they took over the TC that something is not right. Why take more than a year to bring the matter up? Why wait until given red card that want to fight back? WP must be sleeping! I quote a comment by a ‘bravo’ in TRE for saying this. ‘If it is a matter of urgent public importance, why didn’t WP revealed it 19 months ago?’ See, this must not be important or WP would have raised it so long ago.
And worst, WP knowing that it is wrong, also thinking of outsourcing or developing their own management system. And dunno what kind of open system WP will use. Would it be as top notch and proper as the TC system? When WP does call a tender, many doubts will be raised.
And now WP even wants to raise the issue in Parliament. How can? Many people are claimed to be unhappy that WP is raising this issue in Parliament. There is really no issue here. At worst it may be an error of judgement. People do make mistakes. And this is a small mistake. And the whole arrangement was for the good of the people. The TCs saved a lot of money. And there is no profit going into anyone’s pocket. Everything was done legally to benefit the people.
WP must be prepared to be laughed at when the issue is being discussed in Parliament. They will be bombarbed by the most articulate MPs and ministers for bringing the issue up to Parliament when the PM has already called for an investigation. WP could also be faulted for not developing an alternative system fast enough. They will likely be jeered at, sneered at and stared at. WP sure kenna jia lat, jia lat.
This session in Parliament sure fully attended by everyone and will be shown live on TV. No censorship, no cuts, in full. It will be a Special Report that will draw the most viewers, even better than soap dramas from Taiwan and Korea.
WP, it is all your fault, right? What do you think?

I think it is a matter of i know what you did, if you don't hit me i will not touch you. One will be cautious in the future.
It is not easy to catch a thief. Just look at the CBT cases, how long does it take to catch employees stealing money right under the very noses of the boss.If being wrong led to exposure of our leaders with their hands in the cookie jar then so be it.
So now our leader want to probe the theft and have appointed ka ke nan to do the probe. Would more theives be revealed or shrouded? What do you think?
Citizen: What is 6 X 5 = ?
WP: err...
C: Correct! What is 8 X 9 =
WP: 62
C: Correct ! You are very clever.
rb - your sarcasm may fly over some readers' heads...
If WP complained about the AIM straight away, would Singaporeans believe them?
Brainwashed Singaporeans will just parrot PAP and say "WP is not constructive in their criticism."
WP's method is to let PAP's bad policies continue to the point where the ill effects become visible for all Singaporeans to see.
Because they know to tell the deaf frogs is a waste of time.
That's why WP does not want to take part in NatCON.
Just let PAP continue to fool Singaporeans and themselves that NatCON will result in changes for the better.
And let the results of NatCON in 2016 speak for itself.
Singapore has to be rebuilt.
And the rebuilding will be cheaper, better and faster without PAP.
if i were to vote in the by election, i would prefer SDP to WP
I also.
WP should be gracious and give other opposition parties a chance.
Oldhorse42 said it all.
If the PAP is really that transparent, they should have come clean themselves instead of waiting for the WP to spill the beans. Even if PM is unaware, what about those PAP MPs from the 14 TCs? Surely they know what is happening.
For all we know, the WP may be purposely delaying the revelation until now, to show that the PAP is really not that transparent after all for not coming clean early themselves, so to quote Mr. Holy Cow.
" Even if PM is unaware, what about those PAP MPs from the 14 TCs? Surely they know what is happening."
How can the PM not aware ? He is also a MP ! All MPs have to agree with such deal, and he is the top decision maker who sign such contract !
Please do see more deeply.
Everyone outsourced their IT needs these days. When your computer has problem, you will also get someone to fix it instead of DIY.
PAP is more clean than many first world countries. Just look at Italy and they can even have a lao tico to be PM. First world countries are craps.
As clean as vomit. Its another win-win arrangement. As smelly as chiao salted fish. The very best of money & politics.
" Just look at Italy and they can even have a lao tico to be PM."
please lah. One is lao tico over female, another lao tico over money (greedy and lusting over money). So both are still lao tico nevertheless, right ?
Use your brain, please !

PAP trolls, don't insult our intelligence Ok ?
Hi The, I know. That's why it took so long for a comment on this post. Many must be shock at what I posted: ) Nevermind, they will come to it soon.
One thing, don't underestimate the super talents. They are paid multi millions not for being stupid. They know what is going on more than any one of us.

Of course they do, otherwise how can they act stupid if they are not intelligent. They are intelligent to act stupid. Acting stupid, ignorance and blur , are the best ways to avoid responsibility, accountability and transparency. Even fool know that.
