Niger - Sad day for Africa

African neighbors finalize Niger war plans
Nigeria-led ECOWAS says it is ready to intervene for “democracy” in Niamey

The militaries of several ECOWAS members have agreed on a plan for military intervention in Niger and are waiting for the final political decision, a senior official of the bloc said on Friday.

The Economic Community of West African States has already sanctioned the junta in Niamey over last week’s military coup and demanded the restoration of ousted president Mohamed Bazoum before Sunday. RT

While many African nationalist leaders are shouting for African unity and to be free from western colonialists, the French and the Americans are planning to invade Niger in the name of freedom and democracy. When that happens, Africa would be drawn into another unending war that the West and the Americans want. They are finding all reasons to start a war in Africa to destabilise the continent and keep them busy fighting, killing themselves and destroying their economies.

A few of Niger's neighbours have joined hands to stand together to fight the French and the Americans should they dare to invade Niger. This is bad enough, but not that bad as when other neighbouring African countries are also ganging up to invade Niger in the name of freedom and democracy. Freedom and democracy are the code words used by the Americans to intervene and invade countries to conduct regime change. Third world leaders are falling into the American/western trap, using freedom and democracy unthinkingly to justify meddling and interfering in another country's domestic affairs. Asean is doing exactly the same against Myanmar, acting like the white gods, thinking they are the saints and angels and wanting to tell Myanmese how to run their country.

If ECOWAS countries unthinkingly send in forces into Niger, Africa would be in flame and the Americans and the West would be most happy to lend support and sell their arms, even providing soldiers to do the fighting. Africa would be plunged into darkness in never ending wars. All the hopes of African unity, peaceful development and economic progress would be history. Would the wiser African leaders stand up and put a stop to wars in the African continent and stop killing each other to benefit the western colonialists waiting on the sideline, to return to colonise and rule Africa?

Myanmar is safe and protected from a silly Asean wanting to meddle with its domestic affairs and to destabilise Myanmar by having China on its side. Not sure if Niger and Africa have the good fortune to stop the schemers and provocateurs from succeeding in lighting a fire in Niger. Another hotbed is South Africa now that Victoria Nuland is there just prior to the BRICS Meeting. There are many American financed mercenaries in South Africa eagerly waiting for action and their pay checks. She can easily light a fire and South Africa too would be burning and in chaos. South Africa must be on full alert to prevent riotings and attacks by external forces to disrupt and even kill the BRICS Meeting. The possibility of hit squads assassinating BRICS leaders cannot be ruled out.

  1. Russia's Wagner May Help Niger Junta

One of the leaders of last week’s coup in Niger has sought the assistance of Russian defense contractor Wagner Group PMC as the junta nears a deadline to either return the country’s ousted president to power or face a possible military intervention by neighboring nations.

General Salifou Moody made the request during a visit to neighboring Mali, where he met with a Wagner representative,. The meeting was first reported by France 24.

“They need (Wagner) because they will become their guarantee to hold onto power,” an observer told the AP, claiming that Wagner is considering the request.

Wagner chief Yevgeny Prigozhin has called the coup a “justified rebellion of the people against Western exploitation.”

  2. The West were waylaid by the master stroke of Putin, Lukashenko and Prigozhin, over their exuberance of the Wagner coup against Putin, that resulted in the Wagner group now safely stationed in Belarus. Does Prigoshin's existence and even his presence in Moscow answer the West stupidity in believing it was a real coup to take down Putin?

Many lesser minds on this blog and around the world have already figured out what the talented leaders of the USA and the West obviously failed to see, regarding the real false flag operation by Russia and Belarus to move the Wagner group to Belarus, give and take accidentally losing a few lives.

Now Belarus is a thorn in the side of Nato, a perennial threat to Kyiv, a quick response alternative for Putin to defend Kalinigrad against Luthiania or Polands consistent mischief.

  3. The Angel of Death is waiting to retake Niger, on the pretense of helping the outsted President return to power. Now, who is going to protect the outsted President against the Junta? Civil War will surely follow.

Of course, the USA will soon invite itself into Niger, as they always do elsewhere, and nominate itself as the defender of democracy for another installed stooge running Niger, and the country will be used to undermine BRICS and Africa once again. And the USA will never move out. Inviting the devil into the house is easy, getting rid of it is impossible.

If Africa goes back to square one, it benefits the West and some corrupt African Dictators beholden to the West. And the Anglo Saxon White clique will rush in to claim the spoils. Now, would Russia and China move in to protect their assets? The question remains when that happens.

As a matter of interest, the USA is now playing India against Pakistan on the other continent. Peace in any region is not good for the USA. The Indians now suspect that the USA and Pakistan have a secret deal concerning USA weapons for Pakistan and the Indians are hysterical.

Pakistan is now already under an installed stooge of the USA, with Imran Khan now unable to contest the election after being sentenced to three years jail for alleged corruption. The situation is now unravelling and protest are being called all over the country. There is going to be unrest in Pakistan, with India also having to deal with communal and religious issues in Manipur and Haryana. The Indians are blaming Myanmar and China in Manipur, and blaming Pakistan in Haryana. The same leaf taken from the USA playbook of blaming everybody except themselves for any bad things happening in the country. Fancy blaming China for its drug problems today is a perfect example. Does China have a drug problem itself?

  4. Niger is important, as it is the last outpost of the USA in Africa. Therefore, the USA will find excuses to control this outpost for destablising the rest of Africa.

The previous President was a stooge of the USA, whose ouster is a setback for the USA to do its dirty work in Africa. The USA will find ways and means, using bribes and fabrication, coercion and threats, such as 'either with us or against us' mantra, forcing other African countries as proxies to exert pressure on the Junta in Niger.

  6. It is a balanced world now. Population-wise, Africa have 1.4b , India have 1.4 b, China have 1.4b, Europe & America got 1.4b, other mixtures 1.4b. Only Africa have the highest numbers of youngest people with a birth rate of 4.5. Fast forward another 50 years, Africans could rule mother earth.

  8. ECOWAS deadline passed without consequences. But with the USA and France behind the scene, anything is still possible.

The fact that Niger, Burkina Faso and Mali are also members of the ECOWAS which means any interference inside Niger by ECOWAS will fracture the whole group. It is just like ASEAN sending the military of its other members to invade Myanmar to topple the military junta.

Even within ASEAN, there are those who would oppose that move.

  9. Nigeria’s richest politician/President Tinubu and ECOWAS.

Tinubu made $$$$ in Chicago 30+ years ago by helping a relative who was involved in heroin trafficking!

With that seed money, he became the Godfather of Nigerian politics.
