Biden has been pressuring world leaders to take a hard line against Moscow, although the administration official said there was no "concrete ask and concrete answer" on energy imports during the meeting.
"We've been very clear that we've been able to ban oil and (gas) and coal imports from Russia, but other countries have to make their own choices," she said.
"That said, we don't think India should accelerate or increase imports of Russian energy and the US is ready to support India, remain in a conversation with India, about its diversification of imports."
The above is reported in CNA.
Biden and his team have been pressuring all their allies and stooges to toe the line, to condemn Russia and sanction Russia. While Biden has been successful in influencing and coercing the EU countries and some stooges in East Asia, he is hapless against the up and coming super power India. India would not be cowed or pressured to do the bidding of the Americans. India has a big reputation not to be pushed around by the Americans. There is a lot of Indian pride involved. How can India stoop so low to allow the Americans to push it around and to be told to sanction its top military partner, Russia? No way.
India's defiance has made many American stooges looking silly, especially the South Koreans and the Japanese. These are two of the strongest economies in East Asia and have a lot of nationalistic pride and would not bow to foreign pressure, But bowed they had do. Being semi colonies of the American Empire, they have to do as told by the Emperor of the American Empire.
India's stand also gives confidence to the Asean states not to be bullied by the Americans and to stand firm in their neutrality in this fight between Russia and the Americans. If India wobbles and gives in to the American pressure, it would put the Asean stand to question. Hopefully Asean is strong enough to hold its ground and remain neutral and not be sucked into a conflict that has got nothing to do with Asean.
If Asean would to cower in fear of American pressure and go against the Russians, then it would be inviting a rubbing and bashing from the Russians for sure as it would mean they have acted against the Russians. Being neutral does not give the Russians any reason to hit back.
But, would being neutral invite an attack from the Americans? Would the fork tongue Americans and their fake democracy and freedom to choose, allow Asean to choose to be neutral and thus leave Asean alone? Is it real that Asean and for that matter, countries of the world, have the freedom of choice, to choose whatever stance they want? Or would the Americans exposed their evil pretence, that no country can remain neutral or can have the freedom to choose to be neutral or to be on the side of the Russians?
Freedom of choice? Is the American freedom of choice just another American farce, another white men's lie?
WASHINGTON: President Joe Biden on Tuesday (Apr 12) accused Russian President Vladimir Putin's forces of committing genocide in Ukraine, the first time his administration has used the term.
ReplyDelete"Yes, I called it genocide," Biden told reporters travelling with him in Iowa when asked about his use of the term during a speech earlier in the day. CNA
The world's number one terrorist simply alleged and accused the Russians of genocide with all kinds of fabricated lies and black ops.

ReplyDelete'As I have written many times in the past, US generals are much more “corporate CEO in combat fatigues” than real combat officers. By Russian standards this guy would not even be allowed to clean latrines in a construction battalion. A man who says with a straight face that delivering 20 Soviet era aircraft or S-300 to the Ukrainians will make a difference in this war is either a clueless civilian or a deliberate liar prostituting his (putative and now former) officer’s honor for a few bucks.
No wonder the Russians have stopped taking telephone calls from these clowns.
Does anybody still wonder why “Kabul” happened or why the USA cannot win a war against anybody except Grenada (and that one barely, they had to bring the 82nd to fix the usual SNAFU created by US “special” operation forces)?
As for the German Eurolemmings, they have truly lost any sense of decency or even basic common sense: they are now seriously thinking about sending old Leopard 1 tanks to the Ukraine!'
Next, old weapons (ex-Soviet or ex-NATO) are just fat targets.
In almost all cases, Russian equivalents are one or even two generations ahead, so why are all the EU sending them?
Well, for a couple of reasons, the main one is to get rid of them, since storage or recycling of such systems is rather costly.
The next reason is that it makes NATO politicians look “tough” – after all, if Zelenskii wants old tanks, artillery or air defense systems (he ain’t exactly a military genius either!) then, by all means, we give it to him and look like we are doing *something*. By the way, the four S-300 sent by the Slovaks were, apparently, already destroyed in a strike yesterday. And the Slovak taxpayer did not spend a penny on this.
How is that not a good deal for Slovakia? Oh sure, this is an act of war, a casus belli, as are ALL but UNSC approved “sanctions”, but the Euroemmings Master Race are so superior in every sense to the accursed Rooskies that, screw that!
The only thing which can bring the Eurolemmings back to reality is a Russian strike on such a weapons convoy INSIDE a NATO member country because, as I have already explained, when the Eurolemmings to hide behind Uncle Shmuel’s back, all he will offer them are statements of support, outrage, freshly printed fiat money and the usual mix of threats, fear and hate western politicians always spew about Russia. But the US won’t allow NATO to go to war with Russia over one such strike, especially if the Russians clearly explain what they did and why (I actually expect that quite a few “old-time” western officers will get a good kick out of their newfound NATO “allies” hysterics once that happens).
In one breath the Administration official claims that India has 'to make it's own choice'.
ReplyDeleteIn the next breath, she totally forgot what she said earlier and is coercing India to dump Russian oil imports. She let the cat out of the bag by saying the USA is ready to help India with energy. In USA terms meaning more expensive energy imports from them, like the Europeans, and by extension, the catch probably will be to force India to buy USA weapons as well.
When the Whites talk about help, countries better run for cover. Never forget the saying by Henry Kissinger that 'It may be dangerous to be America's enemy, but to be America's friend is fatal'. In any case India's experience with the British rule leaves a bad taste in the mouth.
These are the false flags in Ukraine:
ReplyDeleteThey probably drove an old Soviet era tank, driven by a Ukrainian, over a Russian commander and claimed the Russians killed their own commander.
They probably flew a Soviet era plane, piloted by a Ukrainian, got shot down by their own Ukrainian soldiers and claimed the Russians shot down their own plane.
They probably fired a Soviet era missile on civilians fleeing at a railway station and claimed it was the Russians that did it.
With so much Soviet era weapons in Ukraine, the possibilities are endless.
When they were caught red handed running biological labs, and yet tried to turn the narrative into a Russian plot to use biological weapons in Ukraine, you can see their ability in generating misinformation big time.
The European countries needed to send something as they were forced by the Americans to do something. So sending tanks or whatever antiques, it is still sending tanks.
ReplyDeleteAnd why not, Ukraine will be paying for these museum pieces at any price they billed Zelensky.
Don't be too happy; things might get out of control and spread to the East:
ReplyDelete'And then there is China which clearly supports Russia, and which is clearly preparing for a war against the USA. Even their minister of defense said so quite openly. And here are two things the Chinese know for sure:
If the Empire defeats Russia, China will be next, thus China cannot afford a Russian defeat under ANY circumstances (and neither can Russia afford a hypothetical Chinese defeat at the hands of the Empire).
If the US and Russia go at each other in earnest, this will be the perfect time to not only solve the Taiwan issue, but to boot the US out of the Far East just as Iran booted the USA out of the Middle-East. From the Chinese point of view, “just” liberating Taiwan is not enough – the US must be removed from Taiwan, Japan and even the ROK.
So yes, China also wants to denazify the planet, they are less blunt about it than the Russians, but it is clear to me that this world denazification plan was agreed to by both Putin and Xi.'

What shall Red Dot do if China openly force a US retreat from Asia?
If Iran can do it, can the Russians do it in Europe and China in Asia?
ReplyDeleteIf Iran cannot fall apart with all the USA and Western sanctions, will Russia fall under USA and Western sanctions. That begs the question of whether sanctions on China will lead to China's fall?
Of course should a nuclear war starts, all this is irrelevant.
Let's be clear, that from the 2+2 India-US meeting, India is sticking to its neutral stance on Russia but is hell bent on ganging with the US against China.
ReplyDeleteThe Indians are now very arrogant and Indian media are crowing that India is now at the centre of the world attention after being courted by many foreign politicians in New Delhi in recent days.
Russia needs China more than it needs India. Beijing must pry Russia from India closer to China, and build up its military forces and assets at the India-China border and the Indian ocean, and recover Chinese lands illegally occupied by the Indians.
China and Russia have been forced into an inseparable conjoint twins by the US and the West. Both know that united they stand, divided they fall.
ReplyDeleteIndia is a wild card trying to capitalise on the war the US and the West launched against Russia/China and enemies of the Americans.
The Indians also have mistrust of the white men and just playing along. But they have intransigent border problems with China, land the Brits stole from China that the Indians now insisted that they inherited from the British Empire and must belong to India. The Chinese are willing to negotiate for a permanent settlement with some give and take. But the incorrigible Indians think they are the best fighters in the world and would not want to do the same. The Indians want it all. This is the problem.
" , ," the actor noted candidly in the video interview.
ReplyDeleteWhile he acknowledged that "everyone loves to complain", Singaporeans "have a more serious problem".
"It's fine to complain, but sometimes they're the only ones who think that it's a problem, but it's not really a big issue in reality. That's not very good. Hopefully, people can change [this habit]."
Benz added that Hong Kongers do complain as well, but they are generally "more reasonable".
"People in Hong Kong don't enjoy much welfare, so they aren't as spoiled. Singaporeans are too fortunate," he said.
That aside, Benz also speculated that Singaporeans' love for complaining could be exacerbated due to them being "more knowledgeable" compared to Hong Kongers.

Chinese energy major quits West, selling assets will eliminate sanctions confiscation risk
ReplyDeleteCNOOC may halt operations in the US, Britain and Canada gang of robbers
China’s state-owned oil and gas corporation China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) is reportedly preparing to exit from the US, UK and Canada due to mounting concerns about sanctions, regulations and rising costs.
Relations between China and Western countries have soured over the past several years. Beijing’s ties with Washington were shattered after former US President Donald Trump launched a large-scale trade war, hitting a wide range of Chinese goods with import levies. Tensions have been mounting recently after China refused to condemn Russia’s military operation in Ukraine.
CNOOC, China’s top offshore oil and gas producer, is currently seeking to leave the West by selling “marginal and hard to manage” assets in the three nations, according to unnamed industry sources quoted by Reuters.
The sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue, told the agency that the company’s top management found it “uncomfortable” to manage its Western assets because of regulations and high operating costs.

Speaking on anonymity is totally unwise.
ReplyDeleteThis could be a ploy that several users of the current Reuters' so-called "unnamed" industrial sources are found of pre-emptive revelations - may or may not be true.
The exodus from the West is starting as companies/individuals flee to protect their assets/wealth . . . .
ReplyDeleteGetting out of trouble when the USA pivots to Asia is a wise move for Asian countries and people, as they do not want to be caught in a bind when confrontation takes place.
ReplyDeleteAfter destroying the Middle East, then Europe, Asia is the next target. Sure as the sun rises from the East.
Every wise leader will want to stay out of trouble. This is commonsense. But some cannot because they are pressured by foreign powers to open their big mouths and got into trouble when they did not want to.
ReplyDeleteWhen the so-called 'Freedom of Choice' is espoused as 'You are either with us or against us', the decision is clear. More so when you are invited to have an audience with the Emperor.
ReplyDeleteUS telling and even threatening allies, friends and countries in the world to boycott buying Russian oil and gas and yet themselves increased purchases of the same commodities from Russia by 43%, according to Russian trade data.
ReplyDeleteWhat do you call such a cuntry or a person with such "Do as I say, not as I do" attitude?
And yet the stupid Europeans follow their order and are suffering energy shortages and souring their relations with Russia. For what? Just to please the USA? Really stupid. Even the Africans know who to trust.
ReplyDeleteAfter buying cheap Russian oil, India is now setting sights on its coal
ReplyDeleteIndia’s hunger for coal is growing. Even as the world shuns Russian goods, the Asian giant is setting its sights on Russian coal – after already buying up its discounted oil.
The European Commission last week proposed banning Russian coal as part of a new round of sanctions against Moscow for its invasion of Ukraine.
On the other hand, India’s coal imports from Russia jumped in March to highs not seen in more than two years, according to data from commodity intelligence firm Kpler.
Coal imports from Russia were at 1.04 million tonnes, the highest level since January 2020, Kpler’s Matthew Boyle, lead dry bulk analyst, told CNBC in an email. As much as two-thirds of March’s volume came from Russia’s Far East ports, likely after the war began in late February.
“Markets suspect that India and China may boost coal imports from Russia, offsetting some of the impact of a formalised EU ban on Russian coal imports,” Vivek Dhar, director of mining and energy commodities research at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, said in a note last week.
They said China is benefitting, but looks like India is also benefitting with such blessings from the EU. Keep up the sanctioning, says China and India.
ReplyDeleteAfter all, USA is also benefitting from more oil imports from Russia. All at the expense of the EU countries. The EU does not know that their backsides have been sodomised and dripping blood.
