Goh Keng Swee would not let this happen

Goh Keng Swee would not let this happen in his watch.

Would Stanchart move its business out of Singapore if Goh Keng Swee said no?

Would other foreign banks not set up business in Singapore if Goh Keng Swee said no?

Or, would foreign banks not set up their business in Singapore today if the imbeciles said no?

The last statement is unlikely to happen as the imbeciles are afraid of the foreign bankers, have no confidence to talk to them.

Singapore needs them and have to beg them to be here. The foreign banks no need to be here. They can go to Batam, Bintan and JB. So Singapore has no choice, cannot do anything about it?

  1. Singapore to reject entry for non-Singaporeans/PRs from Myanmar

    Changi International Airport in Singapore.
SINGAPORE — Singapore will be tightening border measures for travellers from Myanmar due to the worsening COVID-19 situation in the Southeast Asian country, said the Ministry of Health (MOH) in a media release on Wednesday (14 July)

From 11.59pm on Thursday (15 July) until further notice, all long-term pass holders and short-term visitors with recent travel history to Myanmar within the last 21 days will not be allowed entry into Singapore. They are also not allowed to transit through the Republic.

Is this ban also applicable to people coming from India and Bangladesh where the situation are even more serious than in Myanmar? If not, as member of Asean, the Myanmar government can complain for unfairness and discrimination against its citizens.

  2. The last time they posted a picture of a DBS branch with all Indian employees and no Singaporean employee in sight, PM Lee said that's because that DBS branch is in India. Wonder what PM Lee now has to say about the Stanchart branch purportedly in Singapore?

    1. They are not stupid.

How can a bunch of top scholars being led by the double first class honours graduate from Oxbridge be stupid?

They are blinded by their greed for more money,

And their inability to think of better ideas,

      And their easy-way-out lazy-man solutions,

      And most of all,

      THEY ARE COWARDS!

  5. It is Indian meritocracy. The Indians are so meritorious that others are dumb. So no choice, have to employ Indians only.

  7. The chairman of Progress Singapore Party (PSP) Dr Tan Cheng Bock has called Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam a “bully” in the way he asked a question to PSP’s Non-Constituency Member of Parliament (NCMP) Leong Mun Wai in Parliament last May.

“I think Shanmugam is a bully… It’s the manner he posed that question to him, it’s very not gentleman for a minister,” said Dr Tan in an interview with Yahoo News Singapore.

If Shanmugam is a Chinese and Leong Mun Wai is an Indian, the racists would scream racism. In this case, for a minority to talk down on a majority is called bully.

What a joke, in racist Singapore, minority bullying Chinese majority. Thought the Chinese were the racists and always bullying the minority Indians?

  10. Added a pic of Temasek's dinner. Hardly could see a Singaporean though it was reported that 50% is still Singaporean.

But the snakes and hyenas would not play by the rules and will eat them up without them knowing what is happening. Fake degrees, certificates, fake universities, fake resumes....

Temasek used to be 100% Singaporeans.
Then it became 90% for many years, when Goh CT took over as Pee Aim.

Then it became 75%, when Hoolijinx took over and after CECA.

Then it was 52%, after someone advised the Hoolijinx to invest in India in the last few years. That someone was Temasek International CEO, an Indian from Malaysia. Now going to be Temasek CEO cum Executive Director.

By now, I think the percentage of Singaporeans has dwindled to only 40%.

The fix is in. Their hideous plan has succeeded.

Next phase is to take control of the GIC.

They already took over control of the following:

    1. THE PRESIDENCY.
    2. THE JUDICIARY.
    3. THE LAW SOCIETY.
    4. THE AG CHAMBERS.
    5. THE LAW MINISTRY.
    6. THE HOME AFFAIRS MINISTRY.
    7. THE FOREIGN MINISTRY.
    8. THE MONETARY AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE.
    9. THE DBS GROUP OF BANKS.
    10. THE STANDARD CHARTERED BANK
    11. THE FINANCIAL CENTRE.
    12. THE CHANGI BUSINESS PARK.
    13. THE PORTS AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE.
    14. AND MANY OTHERS.
    15. ORGANISATIONS THAT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TAKE CONTROL, THEY DESTROY, e.g. NOL, SPH, Power stations, etc.

That's what we have been watching, thinking and analysing for the last ten years.

Singapore is now in a stage of being taken over by a foreign power with the blessings of God, the Son and the Hoolijinx.

Sayonara Singapore. We are soon to be Inian subjects.

  17. Why is the MAS chief, an Indian National convert, speaking up on political matters which are not within his responsibility, of late.

Is he speaking on behalf of India Indians or on behalf of Singaporeans. Previous MAS Chiefs have never got themselves involved in Singapore politics, especially manpower and employment matters. They only concern themselves on monetary and financial matters. Why is this present MAS Chief so kay poh? Does he not know that by taking an active involvement in Singapore politics, he is standing out like a sore thumb?

If he is speaking on behalf of India then he should be viewed as a traitor.

If he is speaking for Singapore, there are many Singapore Ministers who can do that. He should forward his views to the respective Ministers and not overstep their rice bowl.

We should begin to suspect his hidden motive.

  19. China Tech Crackdown May Boost India, Says Emkay Brokerage Chief

China’s crackdown on its technology firms could spur global investors to focus on India, according to Krishna Kumar Karwa, managing director of Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd.

Investor appetite in the South Asian nation will grow “manifold” in coming months, Karwa said on Bloomberg TV Thursday. While India is also sparring with big tech companies, firms investing in India know that the legal system “can be a bit slow” but is impartial, he added.

“Any company has any challenges or any issues with any of the laws, they have the ability to challenge that in our courts and get a decision whichever way it is,” Karwa said.

His comments come on the back of new internet regulations in India, which critics believe hamper free speech and users’ right to privacy. Facebook Inc., WhatsApp, Google are a few of the companies that have started complying to the rules, which include making India-based appointments and generating user grievance reports. Meanwhile a spate of Indian unicorns are preparing to go public, including Zomato Ltd., whose initial public offering was fully subscribed on the first day of sale.

Not all Singaporeans are dumb and blind.

  23. Anon @312 pm,

He will stand for election in the next GE under PAP ticket. Just watch.

Once he gets elected, he will be appointed as Minister of Finance.

The GE after next, if he got elected again, he will become DPM. After holding DPM for 2 years, he will take over as the PM and Secretary General of PAP.

Then he will purge the key posts held by Chinese and replace them with Indians. He will also purge the PAP cadres and inner circle.

Then he declares Singapore as part of India.

    Quite Easily Done.
