SINGAPORE — A total of 432 adverse events from the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine were reported by healthcare professionals in Singapore to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) as of Wednesday (27 January), of which three were cases of anaphylaxis, a rapid onset of severe and potentially life-threatening allergic reactions....
The three individuals, in their 20s and 30s, had developed multiple symptoms such as rash, breathlessness, lip swelling, throat tightness and giddiness....
More than 113,000 people in Singapore have received the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. This currently brings the incidence rate of anaphylaxis locally to about 2.7 per 100,000 doses administered, said the MOH.
The ministry also noted that incidence rates reported abroad are around one to two per 100,000 doses administered, after they have administered millions of vaccine doses. In the US, allergic reactions are occurring at a rate of 11.1 per 1 million vaccinations, according to local health officials. By comparison, flu vaccines cause about 1.3 such reactions per million doses administered. Yahoo News
The adverse cases in Singapore seem to be abnormally high. Is it because we are reporting the truth and others were reporting half truths, hiding the adverse numbers? Singapore's 2.7 against lying US number of 1.11 per 100,000, this is more than twice the number. With the American track records, proven millions of times during Trump's lying Administration, the number for the US is likely to be very much higher. This nation of liars cannot be trusted to tell the truth. Only the sillies still believe in their lies.
With the congenital liar Trump and professional liar Pompeo gone, including the swamp in the White House, the new Administration under Biden is not going to be more trustworthy.
Compare to flu vaccines, the adverse effects of Pfizer vaccine has 10 times more adverse effects for the world. And Singapore's number is more than 20 times that of the world. Are the numbers really safe or acceptable? 432 adverse cases and 3 could be deadly cannot be taken lightly.
When these vaccines were first approved for use, they said that the young and old should not be vaccinated as a precaution. What they meant was that the vaccines would be safe for the adults in between the young and the old. The adverse cases in Singapore were young people in their 20s and 30s. This creates another doubt about the danger of these vaccines.
The 33 cases of death in Norway are not so innocent as the West would want the world to believe. Not related to the vaccines?

PARIS: French President Emmanuel Macron said on Friday (Jan 29) that AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine appeared not to be effective for people over 65 years of age.
Speaking to reporters only hours before the European Medicines Agency (EMA) recommended the vaccine for adults of all ages, Macron also questioned Britain's decision to delay the second dose of Covid vaccines to inoculate more people.
Macron said there was "very little information" available for the vaccine developed by the British-Swedish company and Oxford University.
"Today we think that it is quasi-ineffective for people over 65," he told the reporters, his office confirmed to AFP.

Is Singapore using AstraZeneca vaccine on its senior citizens?

Not effective is an understatement.
ReplyDeleteIt affects those under 65 (65 is an estimated magic figure, could be even lower) and those with blood, heart and other organs problems severely, even prematurely causing unnecessary deaths.
They are hiding the data and guarding them from public knowledge.
For whatever secret selfish reasons, some very senior government officials and leaders are even helping them to hide the damaging information that the people need to know.
For the politicians, it's all about politics.
ReplyDeleteFor the business people, its all about making windfall profits in the shortest time.
For the corrupt officials, it's about instant big money inside their bank accounts, once in a blue moon, an opportunity that must not be missed.
To the self-centred scientists, it's all about instant fame, gratification and and glorification.
To the reporters, editors and news media, it's all about popularity and increased readership, sales and patronage.
To governments the world over, it's all about the economy and their own political image and survival.
Hahaha...
ReplyDeleteOther countries....Qqqqqqqqqqqqq for vaccination
In Sg......???????????
Hahaha.......
Analyse what Macron said. 'Not effective' for those over 65 years is just an understatement as Anon 9.36 said.
ReplyDeleteWhat about the possibility of complications and even death if those over 65 years are vaccinated? Just saying 'not effective' is the West template of damage control.
Job-seeking FT punched 60-year-old Singaporean taxi driver's face many times, broke nose
ReplyDeleteEugene Gerrard Buckley told 60-year-old taxi driver Tan Heng Choon to take him to his Stevens Close home, but the taxi driver missed the turn there. An exasperated Eugene told him: “You idiot, you overshot the location” and punched Tan in the face several times, fracturing his nose.
Tan was in great pain and bled from his face and nose. Getting out of the vehicle, he asked Eugene why he had punched him.
The driver said he wanted to report the matter to the police. When he picked up his mobile phone to do so, Eugene snatched it and flung it some distance away, cracking the phone.
Eugene pleaded guilty to one charge of causing grievous hurt. He was on Friday jailed for 30 weeks, his sentence backdated to November 20 last year when he was held in remand.
Defense lawyer told the court that Eugene came to Singapore in 2017 and was “quite successful” in the financial technology industry. He lost his job, however, and was unemployed when he committed the crimes.
He lost his job and wants to enjoy free food in prison. So he committed the crime. 'Quite successful' though, in having about 7 months of free lunches.
ReplyDeleteU think he get free lunches. He 8s white so very rare in our prison. So he may kena sodomized by many fellow inmates there till his ass peechak
DeleteWhat the Pfizer and Moderna COVID19 vaccines are doing to people's body is just starting to surface. Never mind, there is always the 'no liability clause' - so it is safe. That is for the manufacturers.
ReplyDeleteAnon 1.42.
ReplyDeleteIf he gets free lunches it is a right in prison. If he gets sodomized by many inmates, it is a bonus for being White.
Hahaha
Governments signed agreements with the vaccines producers which have two very significant impacts on those taking their jabs:
ReplyDelete1. The no liability clause. Users cannot claim any compensation or sue the vaccines producers if anything goes wrong after taking the vaccines.
2. The confidentiality and non-disclosure clause. Government cannot disclose the research data and trials results provided by the vaccines producers for references only.
Based on the two above clauses, governments are being held in reverse ransome by the vaccines producers and their hands are tied. Therefore, inadvertently, whether they like it or not, governments have to "help" the vaccines producers cover up the negative aspects of the vaccines. Otherwise all the money they have spent in paying for the vaccines in advance will be wasted if nobody wants to take the jabs.
See the complicated situation behind the scenes?
The fact that government leaders and government mouthpiece main media are pushing positive news on the vaccines and the vaccination program is itself a good ground for suspicion. Why?
Because all the good news relentlessly being churned out, day in day out, are too good to be true!
When a salesman keeps pushing you with lots of positive aspects of a product but discloses very little on the negative sides, YOU HAVE BETTER BE ON THE ALERT!
ReplyDeleteEspecially so from big pharmaceutical companies, big drugs producers, big vaccines producers and big weapons producers. These big businesses claim to protect and prolong your lives, but in reality they are protecting their bank accounts and prolonging their own wealth and power.
DeleteThey have a lot of political clout and most of the politicians are in their pocket.
Actually, disclosing only the positive effects while hiding the negative side of the equation had been the norm in many other areas of business, not only in the present COVID19 vaccine issues.
ReplyDeleteMost widespread had been in the food business, like those genetically modified foodstuffs and organic food. The positives are highlighted, the negatives will only surface after such business have made all the money, after which any negativity matters little.
That had me thinking about our 'New water' or 'recycled shit water'. What manner of chemicals have been added to clean it, sterilize it and to remove the odour etc is of little concern. We will never know the effects these will have in the longer term, and even if those effects surface, it will probably be blamed on some other causes.
They started blaming the effects of the vaccines on age, but now it seems younger people, even those in their 20s, have also succumbed to the undesirable effects.
Vaccines Protectionism Or Under-Table Money Not Enough
ReplyDeleteThe EU has introduced export control measures on vaccine manufacturers in the EU. On the surface, it is caused by the delays in the supply. However, delays can be re-adjusted and should be understood in this challenging time.
The WHO Chief Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said "vaccine nationalism" could lead to a "protracted recovery".
Speaking at the Davos Agenda - a virtual version of the global summit - he said vaccine hoarding would "keep the pandemic burning and... slow global economic recovery" in addition to being a "catastrophic moral failure" that could further widen global inequality.
The European Union is introducing export controls on coronavirus vaccines made in the bloc, amid a row about delivery shortfalls.
The so-called transparency mechanism gives EU countries powers to deny authorisation for vaccine exports if the company making them hasn't honoured existing contracts with the EU.
"The protection and safety of our citizens is a priority and the challenges we now face left us with no choice but to act," the European Commission said.
I believe it is more than just export controls for "the protection and safety of our citizens". I believe that some EU leaders have not been "paid" or "paid not enough" by the vaccines producers. This is the cause of introducing the export control measures unilaterally.
Trump used National Security Reasons to curb the export of high end computer chips, targeting China.
ReplyDeleteEU using 'Protection and safety of our citizens' to curb the export of vaccines targeting the whole world.
Talk about weaponising the US$. It is a 'monkey see, monkey do' world now!
Singaporeans are again showing their Kiasu and Kiasi mentality here. No one is forcing you to take the vaccine. If you think it is not safe then don't go for it. Please do not rubbish the vaccines. Your PM already taken it, or are you having doubt that he actually got vaccinated?
ReplyDeleteCovid-19: Singapura Is Begging For Trouble
ReplyDeleteToday, (Saturday 30 Jan), Singapore has detected an additional 58 cases of COVID-19 infection.
This brings the total number of infection cases to 59,507, plus 89,000 that has been excluded from the total counts.
Out of the 58 infected people. 55 have been happily imported in order to take unnecessary risks of further transmission of the COVID-19 infections.
“Based on our investigations so far, the cases are in the community, and there are no new cases in the dormitories,” said MOH happily.
The 55 new imported cases, have been placed on Stay-Home Notice or isolated upon arrival in Singappre but not centralised in proper quarantine at the Communicable Diseases Centre, again taking unnecessary risks.
This is the highest number of imported cases in Singapore since 24 January 2021.
Among the imported cases are four permanent residents and 32 foreign domestic workers. The other 19 cases could be aliens from other planets, as MOH could not or refused to divulge where they come from and why are they welcomed here to help spread the Covid-19 disease.
From the way things are going in, it looks like Singapore is deliberately begging for trouble, before trouble troubles us.
Stupidity Has No Cure: Why Singapore Continues To Fumble At Each Stage Of The Covid-19 Pandemic?
ReplyDeleteThe Covid-19 Pandemic has been in existence for more than a year already.
Why does Singapore still continue importing such a high volume of infected domestic workers?
The answer is obvious:
To deliberately allow the spread the disease to their employers' families, and subsequently to the rest of the population.
Otherwise, how do you explain that the Authorities keep allowing infected foreign domestic workers to enter the congested country as though it is alright to do so?
Why Singapore does not want to ban airlines that keep bringing infected people into the country?
To serve as a deterrence, Singapore should follow Hong-Kong by banning any airline that bring in more than five infected persons in any one trip. Suspend them for two weeks, each time more than five infected people are discovered on board or disembarked from their aircraft.
This relaxed 'tida-apa' attitude cannot and must not be allowed to go on and on. Somebody has to pay the price for this lack of seriousness in stamping out this pandemic. This Somebody is likely to be the daft commoners.
Perhaps, the whole Covid-19 Task Force is still enjoying the X'mas holidays and looking forward to enjoying the CNY festivities?
It's time to wake up!
Since we know 9.57 is thick in the head, let him be. He won't go away, even though he cannot stand the heat in the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteIncidentally there are also people who cannot stand the anti USA comments, whenever RB or those who commented unfavourably or dug out dirt regarding the USA.
It is believing in stupidity. When exposed, instead of appreciating being told the truth and free themselves from their stupid beliefs, they got angry.
ReplyDeleteThese silly believers would stubbornly stick to their beliefs and white lies. For acknowledging that their beliefs were false, white lies, it would be very painful to know how stupid they had been. So die, die must defend their lies and their stupidity.
They cannot understand that it is better to acknowledge one's stupidity once and for all, and live their lives with the truth forever than to continue to hide behind their stupid beliefs and white lies and look stupid for the rest of their lives. Everyday feeling hurt and feeling stupid when someone else points out the truth and their stupidity.
