So, they will continue to invite Modi to their meetings, keeping him on a leash to be used against and to bark at China. It is working well for them after all, not allowing India to be loyal to BRICS by dangling a bone for a dog. But it is all just basically sound coming out from inside an echo chamber at most. The West trained the dog well to bark when needed, but the caravan just move on, ignoring and knowing the dog has no bite but just barking when being told. What is India doing in QUAD is just to add more noise to scare China, nothing more. China is not afraid of India in QUAD and treated QUAD as just a quack grouping of no significance.

Modi will be invited for sure. They must ensure that the stray dog does not go more towards serving BRICS.
ReplyDeleteBut rest assured, Modi has no more room to wriggle and will follow whoever can throw it a bone to chew on. Right now, Modi just have to stick to the US$ hegemony as the rupee is on a slippery slope, which no one wants to accept - not even in BRICS. So, clinging on to the legs of the USA and Europe is the only way out.
Marco Rubio visited India and coaxed India to buy Venezuelan oil. Oil that the USA stole from Venezuela. Think about that - a thief selling stolen goods that it undoubtedly cannot sell elsewhere, knowing it is stolen property.
ReplyDeleteMarco Rubio must have struck a secret deal with Modi. China and Russia have to be very wary of the Indian snake. Hope they can hold BRICS together and not be destroyed by India.
ReplyDeleteThe USA knows Modi has no more rope to hang himself and is exerting pressure on him. Modi is facing huge problems at home - job creation, energy sourcing, investment inflow, investment outflow as well and the sliding rupee.
DeleteRight now, talking about infrastructure is the least of his problems. AI is denying continuation of service jobs in India, while overseas, job cuts by big tech are forcing Indians to return home to compete in the already problematic job creation market.
Modi will not last for long.
Modi can order Indians returning home to go to the biggest Indian city Singapura to find jobs.
