Asking Trump to broker peace is like asking a fox to bring peace in a hen house

Asking Trump to broker a peace deal by his presence is as good as asking a fox to bring peace to a squabbling hen house. His presence alone will make it worse. But there are still countries kissing his arse and thinking he can do the necessary with his presence using threats and sanctions. They should know better that Trump is a serial conman, with six bankruptcies to his name.

Politicians of the world are getting dumb and dumber. No wonder people are saying that in the West, the only qualification needed to be a top politician is 'stupidity'. Just look no further than the circus in the USA and the EU.

Oops, I should also say that there were business morons that were also still conned by Trump one after another, being aware of his bankruptcy reputation after all his failings and still being given lessons that were never learnt.

And the mother of all stupidity must be FIFA giving Trump a 'peace prize'. This must also be the mother of all jokes. Honestly, I have lost all interest in watching football and the World Cup.

  1. Trump is still gloating that the peace deal between Russia and Ukraine is 'closer than ever before'. All we have been hearing from Trump about everything is 'close, closer and closest', yet nothing ever comes even 'close'. Tomorrow he may even say that the 'peace deal' has overshoot the timeframe and already a done deal when it is still hanging in the air.

The USA and NATO do not have any wish to end the war. They think that Russia will collapse just like the Soviet Union in the past if they carry on the show. The USA's economic situation today is not the same as in the past against the Soviet Union, when it was overwhelming the Soviets in economic power. NATO Europe's economic situation is also just as dire, desperately flogging a Ukraine dead horse, committing economic suicide by ditching cheap Russian energy and buying highly expensive energy from the USA and other sources. The irony is that the EU is still even buying Russian oil under the table, a situation so ironic that it really boggles the mind.

Wasn't the Russia/Ukraine war supposed to be able to be ended within 24 hours of Trump taking office. What happened? It is almost a year of boastful conning, and the parties involved are not even close to the finishing line. Of course not, when there are so many issues under disagreement, the concessions to be sorted out, the peacekeeping issue, the demands of both sides. Most telling of all, having Trump and NATO countries stirring the shithole and making the shit smell ever smellier is not going anywhere.
