Right, Companies are never daft. And people who run
Companies moving out of India are not daft either. That begs the
question of - does the 'Electoral Bond' scam have been the reason why
foreign companies are deserting India? Despite India being called the
'graveyard of foreign companies', so much confidence in India have been
hype up by the Western Governments and MSM. The potential huge consumer
market, the low labor cost (the USA and the West will not call it 'slave
labor' I am sure, until India runs out of flavor), the population
dividend that is supposed to come out of the population increase, which
will provide the manpower (slave labor in the context of China) needed
to support those upcoming foreign industries. India is supposed to be
the place to be, the next factory of the world, the up-and-coming
superpower to replace China. But now, I am apt to believe that those
companies running away from India were forced by political reasons to
quit India.
On the other hand, the Western MSM and anti-China
social media creators are hyping up the narrative that China is
collapsing, domestic and foreign companies are running away from China,
the property sector is facing bankruptcy, and the chips war is
decimating China's manufacturing sector and hindering its progress. What
is the truth? Read what Kevin had to say on his site 'Inside China
Business' on Youtube.
Many, many Chinese and foreign companies
are relocating out of China to Vietnam, Bangladesh, Brazil and Mexico
among others, and are doing so to take advantage of cheaper labor cost
elsewhere. The other very important reason why Chinese companies in
particular are relocating is to evade the trade war, the tariffs imposed
on Chinese products imposed by the USA. Therefore, when Chinese
companies build factories in Brazil or Mexico, they are basically just
trying to evade those trade war tariffs, while still selling Chinese
products but made in Brazil and Mexico. Know the reason why Mexico is
now the biggest trading partner of the USA? It is just China now still
selling to USA from Mexico, nothing more nothing less. Now the USA is
fighting a trade war with China, not just against China inside China,
but globally. The world is so interconnected, there is no way to benefit
from erecting barriers. It will backfire.
Back to India, and
those domestic and foreign companies that dig deep into their pockets to
contribute to the BJP will have reason to dig in in India and get all
the adulations. But who they are and how and why they are enjoying
privileges is like putting two and two together, with the assumption
that only the BJP knows and is not a privilege supposed to be enjoyed by
Opposition Parties. Even if the Opposition Parties do know, common
sense will tell us that they are not in any position to enjoy the
privilege of dispensing reward or punishment like the BJP. So, who gets
what out of, and reap the greatest benefit out of the 'Electoral Bond'
scam is clear for all to see.

PS. Some daft are throwing good money after bad money in India and hoping in another century no one would remember their stupidity.
Some entities making small profits in India were reported to have bought 'Electoral Bonds' multiple times their profit. How did they do it? It turns out that they used the revenue generated instead of profits to buy those bonds to garner favor from the BJP Government.
ReplyDeleteThe problem is does this not amount to evading tax by reporting lower profits by hiding such political contributions as expenditure against revenue to report a lower profit inside their accounts? Unless this kind of political contribution is deemed legal for some entities inside India, I have nothing to say. But if companies not supporting BJP try doing this, they may end up like Xiaomi. They will face 'Tax Terrorism' clear and simple.
Does anyone still remember the stigma attached to the phrase 'Indian Accounting' and what this means?
Lucky DBS is headed by an Indian. Otherwise sure 'jialat'. Just like TikTok CEO.
ReplyDeleteYou sure this is lucky? Wait for the worms to crawl out.
ReplyDeleteDBS is doing very well in India. Worms crawling out may mean it is rotting on the inside but cannot be seen yet. Just may look nice on the outside.
ReplyDeleteNot to worry. When that happens, the perpetrators will long be gone.
