Fukushima contaminated water - Who are the Japanese trying to fool?

Anon 9.20 you are correct. Most people assume incorrectly that nuclear plant wastewater as only of one category, similar to those normal cooling water discharged by almost all nuclear power plants, mostly into the sea. Just because those water also came out of a nuclear power plant, therefore they are trotted out as being the same as what comes out of Fukishima Nuclear Power Plant. Nothing is further from the truth.

What comes out of Fukishima Nuclear Power Plant is anything but that, which I pointed out in an earlier comment. The Japanese are trying to muddy the waters, claiming that China also discharged nuclear plant wastewater into the sea. Only China is singled out as a culprit. There is a world of difference and the Japanese are just harping on that and using that to justify their action.

Those that are unaware will be taking the Japanese proclamation at face value. Never trust the Japanese. Even when they say the discharged contaminated wastewater is safe for drinking, or that days after the discharge their leaders were having a Japanese fish meal party, or that some USA ambassadors just went to the Fukishima area purposefully to eat fish and fruits. Those are just nothing more than advertisements for misinformation or even disinformation.

If the Japanese cannot fool normal people like us, do they honestly think they can fool the Chinese? Or the South Korean people, apart from Yoon, LOL? The Japanese Government could not even convince their own people over the safety of what they are doing. It is good that the Japanese Government is promoting domestic demand for Japanese seafood, saving others from radiation issues. China is already looking to Russia for supply of seafood from the Northern regions and supply is making good headway. Another lifeline of support for Russia and a blessing in disguise for Russia? The enemy of my enemy is my friend holds true, right? What are friends for anyway?

  1. Hi Good morning All

Yesterday's had a video from Malaysia at Penang of a fishing boat with the Comments that thousands of fishes are dead floating on their waters.

Wow all the way from Japan the Tides and Currents.

Was wondering how come Indonesia and Sinkieland should be affected first as Penang is on the Topmost part of Peninsular Malaya

Oops, think the currents are from the Western opposite side thru the Pacific Oceans then to the Northern Part Malaysia rather than the South China Seas to Indon and Sinkiekand etc.

Anyway The Malaysian Fishery Authority is investigating the Dead Fishes Floating in Penang.

  2. What happens at Penang may not be that fast though to connect with Fukishima, but the dead fish just add to the paranoia and fear. I think they claimed it was green algae that caused those deaths, sucking up all the oxygen in the waters.

The good news is that Japanese fishermen and public are now suing the Government over the Fukushima wastewater discharge. China may not directly be able to do much other than banning Japanese seafood, but let the Japanese fishermen and public take up the issue. The subsidies by the Japanese Government to the fishermen is not going to be forever, and when the market in China is taken over by other sources, that means saying sayonara to Japanese seafood forever.

  3. China can do like the Americans, pass a law to protect the environment and ban toxic waste in the oceans and seas. After that, China can sentence the Japanese involved in the dumping of Fukushima toxic waste and can arrest them when they visit Greater China.

  4. If it is proven to be due to contaminiated radioactive waters, it could only mean that Japan had been secretly dumping those waters, even before the IAEA's decision, ie months or years earlier already. Left to be seen.

OMG, what have we been eating?
