The Philippines is behaving like it is the most powerful navy in the South China Sea, challenging the Chinese Navy with two of its most powerful warships. China is too afraid to fire at them and unable to do anything to them. No wonder the Philippines Navy dares to bully the Chinese Navy. It is China that is afraid of the Philippines Navy.
Asean countries can depend on the Philippines to protect them against China ...as the Sheriff of the South China Sea.
