Macron has more than ruffled the feathers of the Neocons in the USA,
with his calling for Europe not to act like vassal states and follow the
USA into a conflict with China over Taiwan, saying Europe should not
engage in a crisis that is not of their own making.
Not only has
that stance caused hysteria in the USA, it also clearly antagonised the
USA's stooges in Europe as well, particulaly the Germans. China already
noticed the apparent split in Europe's top echelons of power. When
Macron wanted to follow Olaf Scholz to China months ago, he was flatly
brushed aside and denied by Olaf Scholz. That was a big slap on Macron's
ego and he is clearly paying Olaf Scholz back in his own coin, which
the Chinese are helping him by giving him an emperors welcome which
Scholz earlier visit could not match. The unity and solidarity
propaganda touted in the EU is a mirage that Russia and China could
clearly see by putting two and two together.
Now, as I said
earlier, Macron did more than ruffled the feathers of the Neocons in the
USA. Macron, in the eyes of analyst and onlookers, is actually joining
the de-dollarisation movement by closing many deals in Yuan with China
and bypassing the US$. Among the big deals made was China buying more
Airbus helicopters and planes and the expansion of Airbus plant in China
with more investments. That is a significant development, indicating
that even the Europeans are not happy with the US$ hegemony.
Of
course the Industrial Giants of EU, ie Germany and France, would not be
happy with the USA cannibalising Europe's industrial base by offering
subsidies to European manufacturers to shift to the USA. Moreover,
selling expensive energy to Europe caused much of the problems now
besetting Europe, when Europe could instead still be enjoying cheap
Russian energy if not for towing the USA line. Blowing up the Nord
Stream pipelines was the added pain inflicted on the Europeans.

Good morning Mr RB and All
ReplyDeleteMacron took his sweet revenge on that Bidamn of his Airbus Deal with China.
You plucked me my Subs deal with Aussies Convicts Land.
ARSEs-Kus BS subs.
Now i plucked you back with my Airbus Deal.
That's why now I Macron sang a different tune instigating the Euro Nuts to lean away from the Scoundrels UassA who will also play you wholesale in.their interests.
Cheers
The number of planes the Chinese bought from Airbus is making Boeing literally sound in Chinese as 'Boh Eng' meaning useless. China buys Airbus planes by the hundreds and Airbus could not cope and therefore needed to expand production in China itself to serve the Chinese market.
ReplyDeleteWhile Airbus planes will largely serve Chinese airlines in their overseas routes for the time being, the domestic routes will largely be using Chinese made planes. When safety and reliability are proven, like EVs, Chinese planes will enter the international market and you can be sure the competition will be fierce. But one thing is for sure. China made planes will be much cheaper than Boeing or Airbus.
China was the first country to ban the Boeing 737 when two new planes crashed within a short time. Other countries then followed the banning. China has not said anything about not buying anymore Boeing planes, but its actions speak louder than its words. With all the airplane procurement largely migrating to Airbus, little wonder the French are very happy to do business with China. France had been pushed rudely aside in the AUKUS nuclear submarine deal and Macron must still be very unhappy with the USA, UK and Australia.
The Chinese market for most things are not to be sniffed at. Next to backfire against the USA, Japan, Taiwan and South Korea will be the chip business. China will make sure these countries regret ever messing with China in chip manufacturing. Russia and China controls the major raw materials and elements required for chip making and the USA and its chip alliance members will find difficulty in sourcing alternatives in a timely fashion, just like energy.
Holland is the first to suffer from not being able to sell its lithography machine to China. China is their biggest customer and without China, profit would plunge immediately. And like Boeing, it would end up with excess manpower and capacity and would have to downsize and retrench staff.
ReplyDeleteOnce China is able to build its own machine, that would be the end of ASML.
The Americans are squeezing and bankrupting their allies.
Other than war machine and the greenback, the Americans have only two products that are in demand in the market. The war machine is still doing well with the war in Ukraine and the raising of tension around the world.
ReplyDeleteThe dollar is slipping and may become toilet papers.
If Boeing goes down, there will only be iPhones left for the Americans to fall back one.
If iPhones also go down, the Americans will have nothing else to sell. The fake vaccine is oredy history.
Remember they also have their treasuries to sell. Only problem is everyone is looking at Russia's reserves being ripped off and they are not taking up more risk by buying. Even Allies like Japan and Israel are dumping treasuries. Sure, their buddies, the UK is still buying.
ReplyDeleteYellen and another chap is paying another visit to China soon. Wonder why? I think she can forget about asking China to stop dumping their treasuries. To ask China to buy more is even more ridiculous at this point and I think is going to be an exercise in futility. Not after threatening China and expect to be bailed out like in 2008 when the financial crisis hit the USA badly.
China should just say 'piss off'.
The Americans are attacking China everyday and everywhere, wanting to destroy China's economy and big companies. And calling China enemy number one. Selling arms to Taiwan.
ReplyDeleteAnd they expect China to bail them out?
They really think the Chinese are fools.
Yellen is going to threaten China, 'if you don't help us, your $860b T bills will also be gone'.
ReplyDeleteThis is how the Americans work, also threats.
America sanctioned Belarus President Boeing & remote locked the plane (engine).
ReplyDeleteStill want to buy Boeing?
Now, where is Malaysian flight MH370?
ReplyDeleteThe Malaysians and Chinese followed the fake evidence, searched for it deep South close to Australia, probably fed fabricated diversion tactics to give them time to get rid of real evidence.
Only the devils know. One day the truth would be found and the devils would be burnt in the sea of fire.
