Crimes against native Americans or Red Indians continue - 45 years in prison with no evidence of guilt

'Please Do What Is Right': Native American Lawmakers Urge Biden To Free Leonard Peltier

Leaders of the National Caucus of Native American State Legislators wrote to President Joe Biden on Monday urging him to release Leonard Peltier from prison, warning that the 77-year-old Indigenous rights activist is in poor health and deserves ”to live his final years among his people in dignity.”

“Mr. President, please do what is right,” reads the message from New Mexico state Sen. Benny Shendo (D) and North Dakota state Rep. Ruth Buffalo (D), the chair and vice-chair of the caucus, respectively. The caucus represents 89 Native American state legislators from 21 states.

“Amid our country’s racial reckoning after George Floyd’s murder, Native Americans have not yet been included in any promise of federal justice reform. Your clemency towards Mr. Peltier would change that,” Shendo and Buffalo wrote. “His expected release would sound as a promise to the first peoples of these lands that we too enjoy America’s promise of justice for all.”

“Our communities have suffered enough,” they added. “Please prioritize equity.”

Peltier has been in prison for 45 years without any evidence that he committed a crime. The FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office charged him with the 1975 murders of two FBI agents during a shootout on a Native American reservation ― something Peltier has long said he didn’t do, even when taking responsibility for the killings could have meant parole for him. His trial was riddled with misconduct, and even the U.S. attorney who helped put Peltier in prison decades ago is now pleading with Biden to grant him clemency because, he says, federal officials never had evidence that he committed a crime.

Above is from Yahoo News. Red Indian imprisoned for 45 years without any evidence of guilt in the USA, land of the free, land of democracy, land of human rights, land of the rule of law or white men's law, land racism against all coloured people, land of hypocrisy, lies and genocides.

And the poor Red Indians, now only calling themselves the first people of the land, not the owners of the land after their land was robbed by the white men by the barrel of the gun, have to beg for the release of one of their leaders imprisoned unjustly for 45 years, with no evidence of guilt. No lawyers to represent them, no white men care for the forgotten original natives of the land.

USA, the land of white men's hypocrisy and discrimination against all coloured people. If only Leonard Peltier were a Uyghur Muslim, perhaps the hypocritical white men would make a martyr out of him, kill him and parade him along the thoroughfare as a victim of genocide in China. His face would be printed on the front page of all major western media. As a Red Indian, he would best be forgotten in the jail of America, only remembered by the few Red Indians still surviving.

Not to worry, Biden would pardon him as an act of kindness and fairness to the Red Indians, as a champion of coloured people by such an extremely rare act. Hopefully the pardon would come before he dies.

  1. More evidence of American hate crime against the Muslims.

WASHINGTON: United States forces rehearsed the helicopter raid over and over, hoping to capture Islamic State's leader on the third floor of a residential building in a Syrian town on the Turkish border, where he was holed up with his family.

But before they could reach him, Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi detonated a suicide bomb, triggering a large explosion that blew mangled bodies - including his own - out of the building into the streets outside.

President Joe Biden, who monitored the raid from the White House's Situation Room, called Qurashi's suicide a "final act of desperate cowardice". It echoed of the self-detonation of a bomb by his predecessor, Islamic State founder Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, during a US raid in Syria in 2019.

For residents in the town of Atme, the events were terrifying, as US forces swept in aboard helicopters before trying to evacuate civilians from the cinder-block building, using loudspeakers to tell them to leave.

"Men, women and children raise your hands. You are in safety of the American coalition that is surrounding the area. You will die if you don't get out," said one woman recounting the US warnings. Reuters

  2. The Red Indians lost their land to the invaders for being kind to them when they first arrived. They thought the foreigners were very nice people, helped them and taught them how to survive in the new land.

When the foreigners grew in numbers, became comfortable and familiar with the new land, they started to have ideas that they could have the land all to themselves. Why shared with the no talent Red Indians?

That started a century of genocide of the natives of the land. The natives are almost extinct, only a miserable few left that could be found in the reservations, something like in Batam, Bintan and JB, to fend for themselves in the wild wilderness.

The whole land was taken away by the foreigners that now called it home, their homeland.

This is a vital lesson for natives and owners of land they think they could share happily with foreigners. Wait till the foreigners decide to take the land for themselves and leave the natives in the lurch, force them to leave to settle elsewhere to start anew.

  3. Many flat owners felt very safe, old folks, to sublet their flats to a bunch of wildlife. If the wildlife turn wild, the possibility of them taking over the flat and turning the owners into slaves in the confines of the flats cannot be ruled out.

It is oredy happening to maids mistreating children, toddlers and old folks when no one is around watching.

  4. The USA is now accusing Russia of a false flag operation in Ukraine. Their accusations are getting more brazen by the day. The biggest false flag operator having the cheek to accuse another of following their modus operandi in starting wards all over the world. False flag operation is their territory and they can accuse others of doing it.

Decades of lying and fabricating and the USA expect people to believe in their accusations? I would suspect it was the other way round, with the USA doing a false flag to start a war that they are so eager to put into fruition.

  5. At least he's in USA where strangers and press can make noise without harm to themselves.

If he's in totalitarian or authoritarian countries, nobody will bother about him, and his friends & family destroyed many decades ago to keep the secret.

  6. Going into the mid term, you can expect more sensational news about Biden's act of valour, kindness and sanity. Many will take this news as positive for Biden's rating, except Trump.

Nevertheless the world is going to see good entertainment going into the mid term with Biden attempting to out-trump Trump and Trump attempting to out-bid Biden.
