Blessings From The Lord Once Again!

Hallelujah! A citizen of Canada was sentenced to 5 years jail plus six strokes of the cane, after he pleaded guilty to robbery and money laundering in the Singapore State Court on 7 July.

The 31-year-old, whose name sounds like a (cock)Roach, robbed the Standard Chartered Bank at Holland Village on 7 July 2016.

With the Lord's blessings, this foreigner, unlike Michael Fey from USA, escaped the six strokes of the cane. Praise the Lord!

MHA and AGC have jointly stated that the caning will not be carried out due to the need to secure Roach’s extradition from the UK to Singapore to stand trial.

The UK Government has managed to "influence" the Singapore Government to submit to its conditions of extradition and the Singapore Government has no choice but to undertake to the UK Government that "any sentence of corporal punishment imposed by a Singapore Court on Roach for the offences for which he was extradited would not be carried out.”

This is because the Canadian (cock)Roach has the blessings of the Lord of UK.

It is irrelevant whether the undertaking means Singapore has altered its long-held view that such punishment does not constitute torture, or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, or contravene international law, or not.

The fact that the Roach has been exempted from canning is good enough to show that some people are more equal than others in the execution of sentences passed down by the independent judiciary of Singapore.

It also means that there is no strict adherence necessary to abide by the decisions made by Singapore judges in Singapore Courts.

In the final analysis, the blessings of the Lord is of paramount importance.

Hallelujah, Praise the Lord!

  1. Buckled under pressure by the remnants of the British Empire, that is still the Lord of the Ring of the 43 Commonwealth countries, Singapore included.

Under coercion, arm-twisted, even the most righteous has no choice but to accede to the demand of a demonic force based on traditional link of Lord and Master.

The slaves, though given a semblence of independence by the Master 55 years ago, and after 3 generations of Leedership, still recognise the Master as Lord Almighty. No doubt. No choice.

As a result, practical reasons necessitated the pretence that everyone and everything is above board, uttered and projected in words on the mouthpiece media to show and tell.

In reality, from the ground level, or worm-view, we see everyone and everything above as below board.

Which board are you thinking about? The Black Board.

  2. Fed-up expats begin drifting away from Singapore. Resentment over jabs, jobs and travel restrictions weigh down city-state’s foreign professionals - UK Financial Times

The Singaporean government announced a detailed road map in June to effectively allow the city-state to live with the virus. Over time, the reporting of cases will shift from total numbers to people in intensive care – much like the flu – lockdowns will end and international travel will resume, quarantine-free. - Sydney Morning Herald

The expats should now be pleased . .

  3. To the racists that alleged about Chinese privilege, this Angmoh case is what privilege is all about. White privilege, racist privilege.

And for those coming from highly infectious countries, daft Singaporeans would have to live with their infectious and dangerous variants that they would bring in everyday. This is also a kind of privilege.

If the highly infectious country is China and the highly infectious variants are from China, do you think the Chinese would be allowed to come in daily to bring their variants into the island? This is Chinese privilege.

Chinese privilege also said Chinese vaccines cannot be used while doubtful approved for emergency use only mRNA western vaccines with so many deaths and adverse effects are officially approved to be use here. When western vaccines are concerned, benefits outweigh the adverse effects and deaths. Chinese privilege vaccines how?

  4. Buckled under pressure from the foreigners, they end lockdowns, treat COVID-19 like flu and let the virus roam free amongst the population like flu, resume quarantine-free international travel?

A report on a study led by the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID) has found one in 10 recovered Covid-19 patients had persistent symptoms six months after their initial infection.

The study also found elevated inflammatory markers regardless of whether the person had a serious or mild case of the disease. These proteins in the blood have been associated with conditions affecting the circulatory system and are a risk factor for cardiovascular disease.

A consultant in NCID who was involved in the study, said: "We understand from cases who passed on from acute Covid-19 that although the lungs are the major organ affected, the virus actually caused wider damage."

This included damage to the heart as well as the inner lining of small blood vessels.

"Long Covid" is a serious concern that, if widespread, will likely put a strain on the society and economy for years to come, experts said.

A recovered Covid-19 patient said that it took her about a year to regain her sense of smell completely. She tested positive for the virus on April 6 last year and was discharged on April 25.

"You don't get that from flu! Tell that to the new Health Minister Ong and his buddies," an angry Singaporean said.

  5. Politics is dirty.
    Politicians are dirtier.
    Legal politics is dirtiest.

    1. Laws are made and meant to be impartial. Not true anymore.

In thus case, obviously it is not impartial. There is a clear display of exceptional contradiction to the rule of impartiality.

    2. No one is above the law. Not true anymore.

In this case, the British Laws, which Singapore has adopted and adapted, has imposed its strong arms and made itself very much above the Singapore Laws.

Where is the respect for the integrity and sovereignty of Singapore, that the British had given independence to? Why no respect?

Because Lee Kuan Yew is dead and there is now no one as strong as him to be able to stand up and challenge the British Law Lords. Even our legal professionals are not daring enough to challenge the British Law Lords in this example.

    3. In this case, the accused is a Canadian, not British. He fled to Thailand after the robbery. Then he went to the UK. Why is UK protecting him effectively to escape canning?

Under LKY, even the US President could not prevent a US citizen, a boy, from canning. 12 strokes was reduced to 6 strokes, after the US President's appeal for mercy. The boy Michael Fey still had to undergo six strokes of the cane.

    4. Canada did not even have to come into the picture at all. You see the picture? Canada does not even have to defend her own citizen who committed a crime in Singapore. It is the UK that Singapore had to deal with! Isn't this a bit odd?

  6. A clear double standards being practiced once again.

Can we also label this as RACIST too?

Since this Racist thing has been blown out of proportion in order to pin it on the Chinese Majority in Singapore, let's make every thing that shows favour for or fear of foreigners as RACIST too!

    RACIST, RACIST, RACIST.........

Own citizens treated like dirt. Foreigners have special privileges.

Giving excuses after excuses in order to secede to foreigners' demands.

This country is going down the rabbit hole.

  9. In other words the law has to make an exception, if caning is mandatory in all other cases of similar nature.

Oh, I see, are we following the new 'Rule of Law' as dictated by the high and mighty USA and not 'Rule of International Law'. 'Rule of Law' is jungle law, if the USA dictates it.

Praise the Lord, we are into new territory.

  11. Passing Of Laws As A Group of Countries To Blackmail The World

Canada, UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand are territories invaded, massacred and robbed from the Natives by the Whitemen.

Except Canada which was robbed by the French, the other three were robbed by the British.

Canada was later transferred to the British by the French because of some exchange of stolen properties between the two robbers.

Today, all the five territories are actually under the British command. Even USA is under the British command.

These five territories (not countries) under the British Empire, hidden under the name of the US Empire, want to control and dominate the whole world with their military power, financial power, technological power, scientific power, medical power, logistics power, food distribution power, and legal power. In other words, they intend to hold the world ransom in order to control and dominate every country on Earth, using every aspect of human endeavors.

The G7 has just passed their new Financial Laws to force the whole world to abide by their laws. What can the rest of the world do?

What must the rest of the World do?

    What options do we have?

  12. The Brits will see that we are weak and still a colonial Poodle obedient to the fallen empire.

LKY, the man who dared to stand up against the CIA, will be turning around in his grave. Not that he is not already doing so with all the things going wrong, including his own family matters.

  14. Spare The Cane And Spoil The Law

Spares the rod and spoils the child. We have heard this so often. Yet there are still families having spoilt brats in our midst. If one has a pai-ka-chan (burden to whole family) or spoilt brat in the family, then the whole family will be going down the slippery slope of intrigues, disputes, conflicts, crimes and disgrace, including future generations.

That's why many wise sages in the past had been warning future generations not to spare the rod and spoil the child.

At the national level, when the country spares the cane, the convicted criminal after his release from jail will most probably commit the same crime again - this time on even a bigger scale or involving more daring exploits.

Usually for bank robbery, jail sentence can be up to 14 years with 12 strokes of the cane. And for money laundering, jail sentence is up to 10 years.

The fact that this British-backed Canadian Cockroach has been sentenced to only five years jail and six strokes of the cane for both offences - robbery and money laundering - shows that there was a certain degree of leniency involved already. How so? Why so?

In addition, he has been spared of the six strokes of the cane by the Executive Branch of Government, thereby over-ruling the Judiciary's decision, to show that not only the independence of the Judiciary has been disregarded and disrespected but also the country's Law has been trampled upon by another country with the consent of the Singapore Government.

Therefore, by sparing the cane on a foreigner, the Government has spoilt the Singapore Law. When the country's Law is spoilt, it is sure to go down the slippery slope of Intrigues, Disputes, Conflicts, Crimes and Disrepute in the not too distant future.

This is yet another starting point for the country to rot, in addition to several others which already began.

Should we praise the Lord, and let it be, or start to do something about it?

  15. Singapore's long-held view that punishment by the sadistic, brutal, terrifying and horrifying method of canning on the buttocks, until the skin splits, does not constitute torture, or cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment, or contravene international law.

In order to substantiate the view, represtatives of the three branches of government, i.e. judges, ministers and members of Parliament should undergo at least one stroke of the cane, using the same method of canning, upon their buttocks each, so that they can really feel for themselves whether it is torture, cruel, inhuman, degrading, or not.

After undergoing the treatment, then the judges, ministers and members of Parliament can tell all Singapore citizens and the World whether it (the sadistic, brutal, terrifying and horrifying canning on the buttocks until skin splits) is against international law or not.

This is the only way to find out whether the Singapore view on canning is valid or not.

    1. Should also include the Head of State, i.e. the President of Singapore. He or she should have the honour of undergoing at least three strokes of the cane, together with the Prime Minister.

Deputy Prime Ministers should have the honour of experiencing at least two strokes of the cane.

Like this then everyone will realise whether canning by the prisoner's speciality trained canner, with his special cane, is cruel, inhuman, degrading and torturing or not.

      Fair? Very fair, right?
