Respect for International Law and the Rule of Law

This interview with the Iranian Foreign Minister again showed how stupid they are with regards to the world's Number One Terrorist State, the USA. In the interview the Iranian FM could say that Trump was fed the wrong information, ie, Trump was as innocent as an angel and as naive as a kindergarten child. Trump did not know what he was told, he did not know that the information was false, he did not bother to check, and he used it to kill Soleimani, just like Georgie Boy used the fabricated WMD information to invade Iraq and murdered Saddam Hussein. Come on, stop being silly. Trump knew exactly what he was doing and the fake intelligence that he got. He just wanted to use it to kill Soleimani, hopefully to take the heat off his impeachment charge.

The important points made by the Iranian FM were that Trump did not respect international law, did not respect the rule of law. Now, which country kpkb about respecting international law, the rule of law, and as a matter of principle must kpkb during the fake Hague Tribunal ruling against China?

Why is this country keeping quiet and not utter a sound about the rule of law and respecting international law. The key principles that Trump broke if not condemned, could be the same principls he breaks again to assassinate another national leader, and this country's leader could be on the list if the evil Americans decided to do so by fabricating another white lie when this country did not listen to their command.

Where are all the smart alecs that boasted of punching above their weight and as a matter of principle cannot keep their CB mouths shut?  Why no condemnation?

Should Singapore be the ally of the world's number one terrorist and not violate its own principle of respecting international law and the rule of law?

  1. In war there's no such thing as respecting any laws at all. Of cos Iranians foreign Ministers r not as stupid as Dotard, he is trying to allay the tense situation. Mind u, when Dotard is ousted out he will be the target for the Iranians. Iranians will never forget their revenge as they r the Avengers since they were the Persians or the Anunakis. It will be a matter of time that the Americuns be the next 911, probably Iranians r planning their next attack in a not so distant future (a nuke in the making secretly).

  2. Where are the Singapore Ministers who cry out very loudly about respecting Internal Laws and abiding by the Rule of Law, when they hit China about constructing structures on China's own islands in the South China Sea?

Why the Singapore PM, Foreign Minister, Law Minister - all very quiet? Never tell Trump off? Scare of what? Punch above your weight lah. Abide by your principles lah. Say something, men. Stand up for International Laws lah.

Trump is outright lying. Use POFMA on Trump lah.

    Double standards?

  3. Singapore Por Lam Pars Leaders needed the Big Gangster to protect the Little Red Dot.

Won't dare to bad mouth them..Like One Anon said the Big Gangster will come to our Aids if we are been threatened by our Neighbours.

What is Little Red Dot to just one Indonesia. They even dared to confront the PRCs at the Natuna Islands.

You think the Americunts will die for your little Red Dot?

They must have some big returns before they will intervene for your sake.

Like the Irianan Foreign Minister said you can have your beautiful military poweress but we have the people and will to fight you and that is the main criteria in beating you.

So, As a founding ASEAN member with our pioneer leaders painstakingly built up, do not still sow distrust among the members with your how lian wayang military poweress and the backing of the BIG GANGSTER.

    RB

I think the more pertinent question should be:

"So what if Singapore violate its own principle of respecting international law and the rule of law to be the ally of the world's number one terrorist?"

"So what?" is the favourite phrase of the late LKY, according to his former PPS HSK and now the next PM.

"So what if PAP violate its own principle of respecting international law and the rule of law to be the ally of the world's number one terrorist?"

Then PAP will be exposed and recognized as the world's number one hypocrites.

Then as a result, LHL will die of shame from cancer.

  10. So anonymous 1.46pm, you think pap can get at least 75% at the sooooooon GE?

    ReplyDelete
  11. 2 years ago in a common meeting, TCB already told most of the current Oppo leaders to step down & let others take over. E.g. CSJ to step down & let Paul Tambyah to take over.

He told them that after 20+ years with the same leadership & still no results mean better change. It's the same with any serious matters like war or business. If the general or staff cannot perform, you still want to continue with the same people for another 20 years?

Of course all the Oppo leaders not happy. Oppo are still stuck in being individual & personality focus, instead of being party & policy focus.

So much so that even though unprepared & not confident to take over govt still want people to vote for them. People are not interested to pay somebody $16K a month just to ask questions in parliament or to criticise. They want problem solvers & make-it-happen people.

That's why PAPies win >=60% every GE.

TCB is realistic. He's happy if he can win 1 SMC.

"So what if PAP violate its own principle of respecting international law and the rule of law to be the ally of the world's number one terrorist?"

Answer to your arrogant question or assertion:

    1. If the PAP violates any of its own principles, then it means it does not even respect its own principles. So, others can also don't respect the PAP's principles.

    2. If the PAP violates its own principle of respecting international laws, that means PAP does not respect international laws. Therefore, whatever and whenever PAP leaders said, say or will say about international laws are meaningless hot-airs that do not carry even a feather-weight to punch about.

    3. If the PAP violates the rule of law, then it is a ruleless and lawless organisation that deserves no respect and no supports whatsoever from all the law-abiding citizens.

    4. If the PAP is an ally of the world's number one terrorist, then it is also a terrorist organisation. As a terrorist organisation, it is an illegal and criminal organisation. Therefore, all peace-loving people should dissociate themselves from it and stop supporting it at all costs.

So what happened to PAP's promise of returning our CPF money back to us, when we turn 55 years old.

  13. Hi RB,

You wrote : Should Singapore be the ally of the world's number one terrorist and not violate its own principle of respecting international law and the rule of law?

Buying F35s from United States of America should answer your question.

  14. Nobody made any promise ... It's simply a statutory act of law that can be changed by elected govt. Becoz you & your parents voted for PAPies in the 1980s, hence you & your parents were the ones responsible in agreeing to the changes in CPF.

Under the law (enlistment act) they also promise that you get free 2-year training, free clothing & free food. Some more give you free pocket money (tax free) every month. Lol!

" So what happened to PAP's promise of returning our CPF money back to us, when we turn 55 years old."

Answer to your blur like sotong question:

PAP did not promise you anything. PAP enacted the laws, rules and regulations. Then changed the laws, rules and regulations; even changed the constitution. It has the power to do so because it has two-third majority in Parliament. Voters keep voting to give the PAP an overwhelming number of seats in Parliament - always more than two-third of the total seats. Therefore, PAP can change any law, even enact new laws and regulations. It is all legal.

You lan-lan cannot do anything or say anything about it. Even if PAP passed a law to tell you to eat shit, you have no choice but to follow the shit-eating law. Otherwise, PAP can put you in jail to eat more shit.

The wise thing to remedy this situation is not to give PAP two-thirds of seats in Parliament.

    I'm glad you all agree.
    When PAP change the law.
    - PAP deliberately broke their promise of returning our CPF money back at 55 years old.

  18. ///Where got govt esp pap will pass law to ask u to eat shit.///

    Got .... it's called doing 2 years NS & 10 years reservist.

Not only has this resulted in employers preferring to hire foreigners...

Now govt is telling all companies to give women the same pay as men if they're doing the same job --- even for entry-level jobs where the guy has lost 2 years to NS.

I agree same pay for same job ... as long non-entry-level requiring 3 or more years working experience.

    No promise broken:
    1. Colonial govt wrote CPF Act law.
    2. LKY govt took over law.
    3. LKY govt change the law.

Even if you say create law = promise, this "promise" was not from PAP, but from pre-PAP colonial govt.

Technically correct. If you buy BTO and sell after the 5 years lockup, you sure can sell for more than you bought. Even if you sell 10 years later, sure can sell higher.

But PAP never tell you your HDB flat will rise for 99 years or forever.
