Rule of Law – Trudeau appealing to his think alike in Singapore

The Canadian fiasco in arresting an innocent Chinese citizen on transit through Vancouver Airport under its fake claim of rule of law, abiding by an international treaty with the US and so is free to arrest anyone indiscriminately, is making the Canadians looking like mischievous clowns in the international arena. Our action is all within the rule of law, there is nothing wrong with it. China is a country that has no rule of law, lawless, not following the rule? Only the sillies and kids would believe in this white farce.

Out of nothing, in a peaceful and stable relationship between the two countries, Canada is now making a fool of itself and paying a very heavy price politically and economically and even affecting its citizens overseas. All this is so unnecessary. Just keep shouting rule of law and keep accusing China as one without any rule of law, with no justice system and think you can get away with it. Now it is getting slap left and right by China.

China is telling the Canadians boys and girls in the govt to wise up and release the Chinese citizen immediately and apologise for their stupidity. But the stubborn boys and girls are sticking to their silly game and pretending that they have done no wrong. And they are scurrying everywhere to ask for assistance to get pass this stupid situation. Unfortunately they could only rely on the ex British conquered countries, ie the 5 eyes countries, for support as the rest of the world have seen through their hypocrisy and stupidity and would not waste a breath to say anything in favour of the Canadian boys and girls.

The boy PM is so desperate that he even called Hsien Loong in Singapore to support his rule of law nonsense. He knew that Singapore has been very loud in this rule of law thing and would definitely echo the boy PM’s cry. Singapore got to be very careful in replying to the boy PM and not to ruffle feathers in Beijing again when talking about the rule of law or rule of rogues and kidnappers. Saying the wrong thing, in another similar situation that has nothing to do with Singapore, would put Singapore in the same shitty situation as Canada and no one in the world, except the 5 eyes countries, would come to Singapore’s call for help if Singapore falls into the western trap for being a busybody.

Singapore is best to stay out of this stupid circus, don’t take the call, don’t say anything. The Canadian boy PM would be most happy to use the megaphone to tell China that Singapore is on the boy PM’s side and has supported their stupid rule of law/rule of rogues and kidnappers position. Of the more than 30 countries the boy PM had called, his most value call would be to use Singapore’s voice to support his case.

You can bet China would be furious and Singapore would only have itself to be blamed. Wisdom grows out of making mistakes in the past and is a painful and expensive experience that must not be forgotten easily and quickly. The price of wisdom is very high.

Canada is suffering from many cancelled economic and trade agreements costing hundreds of millions or billions of Canadian dollars. Can Singapore afford such developments and all for nothing except to open its big mouth to support the boy PM’s rule of rogues and kidnappers disguised as rule of law? Rule of Law has taken on a different meaning in this case, ie, a dirty political slogan.

It would be interesting if the boy PM start to shout that Canada can punch above its weight against China.

PS. There are now more than 200 Canadians detained/arrested in China for breaking Chinese laws.

  3. The boy PM is in deep shit. No PM in the World wud heed his call. It wud disadvantaged Sinkieland Long San if he wanto heed that boy PM call. Sinkieland PM already learnt his lesson the hard way last time when its toy Leego armored vehicles were held hostage by the Honkongeers govt. If he heed that boy call, it will spell more troubles in Sinkieland on top of the Matland provocation.

Canucks are now cursing their PM Justin Trudeau for selling out national interests by acting as an outpost for Uncle Sam. The rupture in Sino-Canada relationship has resulted in huge losses in trade and the detention of Michael Spavor and Michael Korvig. Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland has condemned China's detention of its two citizens as arbitrary whereas she claimed that the abduction of Sabrina Meng was fair, unbiased and legal.

The Australian Press has exposed a meeting of the Five Eyes in which they planned to ban Huawei technology giving a spurious excuse that Huawei is a threat to national security. Wall Street has warned that banning Huawei will delay the use of 5G superfast wireless technology by a year as Nokia and Ericsson are not ready. Countries banning Huawei risk being shut out of Chinese market in retaliation too.

  5. Laws of Nature and Laws of the Jungle are the two sets of LAWS since beginning of Time.

Might Is Right is another Temporally Law, i.e. while you have the power. Once your power is no more or is challenged, you cannot be Right. You are definitely WRONG!

Punching above you weight is another Temporally Law. But if someone else"s weight overwhelms yours or if he punched you back, you must not cry father and cry mother. Okay?

Remember: ALL LAWS CREATED BY MAN ARE MEANT TO BE BROKEN!

There is no Absolute Laws. All man-made laws are Relative, and subject to Time and Space.

  6. Corrupted and intimiated coward judges interpret laws according to the wishes of their paymaster or handler. There are many such "practical" judges in every country. They are only human.

Therefore, there is no rule of law. The is no justice. Politics.and Geopolitics determine who survive, who die; who win, who lose,

For small countries like Singapore, you need strong and wise leaders like LKY. Not someone like LHL who is weak and unwise.

  7. There are 13,000 Canadian citizens living and working in China. About 3,000 of them are actually spies, in various disguise - as tourists, students, teachers, business people, investors, scientists, researchers and government officials. Out of these 3,000, about two-third of the are also working for the Australian and US intelligence agencies.

China should round up more of these spies, especially those infiltrated into Tibet and Xinjiang, and those shuffling between China and Taiwan and Japan.

  10. @ RB

Edward Snowden, from interview : The former NSA contractor Edward Snowden described the Five Eyes as a "supra-national intelligence organisation that does not answer to the known laws of its own countries".

i.e. The Rule of Law does not apply to the Five Eyes Program. 🤡👻💩

So our hero Justin is talking thru his arse about the "rule of law" when he jolly well knows under the Five Eyes Program he and his government can break their own laws anytime --- LEGALLY. (Breaking the law legally...wow that's a new idea! 🤣)

Singapore, South Korea, Thailand are Five Eyes Partners, since the beginning of the agreement aka UKUSA Agreement, and in 2013 INDIA joined in.

  11. The current trade negotiation between China and the USA will only be accepted by China on condition that Meng Wanzhou is releaased unconditionally.

  12. "Singapore, South Korea, Thailand are Five Eyes Partners, since the beginning of the agreement aka UKUSA Agreement, and in 2013 INDIA joined in."

The Five Eyes are the Intelligence communities of the five White Supremacists countries, namely

    1. USA
    2. UK.
    3. Canada
    4. Australia
    5. New Zealand.

Israel, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand and India are the affiliate members for exchange of information.

China must always bear in mind that these 10 countries are her Perpetual ENEMIES. Because the USA has adopted the Doctrine of Perpetual War and the other 9 countries are the USA's eyes and ears.

Singapore under LHL is no more the same as Singapore under LKY. Therefore, China must treat Singapore with distrust and contempt at all time.

Probably China will also has it's own 5 eyes and ears like Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, North Korea, Vietnam, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Iran, South Africa etc.(the listed countries may not be right) , China do hv their own Dragons eyes and ears. Sinkieland is Not China eyes & ears, not anymore that's for sure, in times of war, Sinkieland will support the US to fighting the Chinese, look at the F35 fighter jets bought to fight who ? Matland?

  14. China does not need to form Five Eyes.
China and Russia Strategic Alliance formed the Double Pairs of Eyes.
Moreover, Chinese are all over the Earth.
Even if the Chinese in China are annihilated, the other Chinese spread all over the globe can continue the struggle against the Enemies using guerrilla tactics.
1.5 billion Chinese cannot be totally destroyed, unless it is a total nuclear catastrophe - that means every single human being is destroyed, including flora and fauna.

If Singapore leadership is on the side of the US, the Chinese population of Singapore could probably rise up against the Singapore leadership. It is a lose-lose situation for Singapore. Not very smart. Elite scholars studied too much and become stupid instead of smart. Probably greed and easy-going comfortable life make them like this.

Knowing the true colour of Singapore leaders, China may form an Alliance with Malaysia and Indonesia to deal with Singapore in times of global military conflicts between USA Evil Axis. China can deploy Anti-F35 missiles in Malaysia and/or Indonesia - as military aids to Malaysia and Indonesia.

Once Singapore's Air Force is destroyed, Malaysia and Indonesia can launch a coordinated counter-offensive against Singapore. Singapore will fall within 7 days, before the United Nations can do something concrete.

Malaysia and Indonesia could have already known Singapore's intention and military war plans.

Indians wud knock out the computer systems, satellites, GPS systems of enemies ground before Navies and Marines troops launched to rescue Sinkieland in times of war with Matland or Indoland, probably Oz & NZ troops will also be activated to rescue Sinkieland.

  18. Canada Will Face Severe Backlash From China If Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou Extradited To US

Canadian Ambassador to the US David MacNaughton has told Canadian media that his country was already informed by Washington that a formal request would be made to extradite Huawei Chief Financial Officer Meng Wanzhou. It can be seen that he has been pushing for US extradition of Meng so as to get Canada out of the awkward situation between China and the US.

But the ambassador might have done the opposite. There are about 10 days to go before the January 30 deadline. The US government is experiencing a shutdown and due to various reasons is not so active about extraditing Meng. But by urging the US to extradite Meng as soon as possible, he seems to be implying that Canada is the scapegoat of the US and as long as the US extradites Meng, Canada will be off the hook.

But even if the US requests Meng's extradition, Meng can file a plea which may drag out the case for years. Moreover, will Canada be kept out of the affair if it extradites Meng to the US? If the ambassador and some members of the Canadian elite think so, they are being too arrogant.

Meng was arrested by the Canadian side without violating any Canadian law. Canada, being a henchman for the US and abiding by the so-called extradition treaty between the US and Canada, persecutes senior executives of Chinese companies regardless of international law and friendly ties with China. How can Canada be detached from the case if Meng is extradited?

It is expected that if Meng is extradited to the US, Canada will face a severe backlash from China that puts bilateral ties in jeopardy.

On Monday about 140 former ambassadors and Western academics specializing in China affairs sent a letter to Chinese leaders, calling for the release of two Canadians arrested in China. This is direct interference with China's internal politics.

Canada must have thought such harassment and pressure would shake China's stance of requiring the US and Canada to unconditionally release Meng. But Ottawa was wrong.

China has its own law and convicts Canadians who have violated Chinese laws accordingly. However, Canada is helping the US by detaining Meng. Canada is too narcissistic both legally and morally. It has misjudged the world and overestimated itself.

The Meng Wanzhou case is an assault on China's high-tech enterprises under the guise of law. It serves the US' China strategy which views China as a strategic rival. It is nothing but geopolitical persecution. While the Canadian side insists that this is a legal issue, it is smearing people's understanding of the legal spirit.

Didn't those academics and former ambassadors realize how malicious Meng's case is and how much damage it will exert on the international business order? Why didn't they appeal to the governments of the US and Canada to set Meng free?

These people are supposed to understand how difficult it was for Huawei, a private Chinese company, to rise from the Chinese market and go global.

Why are they silent as the US exploits its alliance system to suppress Huawei? Their letter to Chinese leaders only showcases the prejudice of the Western elite and is valueless on moral grounds.

  19. It is not 140 ambassadors but mainly academics and a few ambassadors. Any thinking govt would not want to get involved in this conspiracy against China.

  20. Many Canadians are fed up with JT for his too liberal views especially on human rights .
He compensated a known Canadian terrorist $10mil just so the Govt didn't have to go to court.
He offered help to Muslim refugee migration to the country but no help to the down and out Canadians
Someone suggested that since he'd been incompetent as PM, he should've exercise some "creative incompetence" by letting Meng off the hook when he had knowledge of her impending arrest 3 days before.
Unfortunately, he chose to dance with US and Trump who has nothing but insults for him all along.
What a very stupid person for a leader now reaping all the mess with their 2nd biggest trading partner.
