If they repeal S377A

'...prominent Singapore diplomat Professor Tommy Koh responded to Chesterman’s post and called on Singapore’s gay community to band together and challenge Section 377A here.
The veteran diplomat wrote: “I would encourage our gay community to bring a class action to challenge the consitutionality of Section 377A.” When reminded that past legal applications challenging the constitutionality of the law have failed, Prof Koh encouraged from his verified account: “try again”....

Labelling the group calling for change a “growing minority”, the Minister told reporters:
“Singapore…on this issue, it is a deeply split society. The majority oppose to any change to section 377A – they are opposed to removing it. A minority – I have to say, a growing minority – want it to be repealed. The Government is in the middle.
“This issue relates to social mores, values – so can you impose viewpoints on a majority when it so closely relates to a social value system?”'
Is it because LKY is no more around to slap the wrists of natural aristocrats, the cry for the abolition of S377A is gaining support from more and more natural aristocrats.  The one voice that is still hesitating on this change is Shanmugam, quoting the cultural and religious opposition to this change.

By the look of things, and with more heavy weight natural aristocrats lending their weights to repeal this law, it is only a matter of time before it becomes a reality.

I just have one concern. Should they repeal this law, how are children that are not gay or have no homosexual tendency, or even adults, find the protection from the law should they end up as victims of sexual attacks by the gays? No everyone is a gay and enjoy such activities with the same sex, and the majority are not interested in such affairs.

Would there be any law to protect their interest should the govt succumb to the demands to repeal this law? Is the govt responsible for the safety of those that do not subscribe to such activities and fell victim as a result of this change in law? By all means, go change the law if it is so desired, but please ensure that those that need protection from the law would still be protected.

Go and find a lawyer to sue for personal trepassing?

  2. The most important issue at stake is not gay rights but non-guy rights - the rights of the normal and the overwhelming majority and the safety, security and innocence their young children. The young children will face the real danger of being corrupted and traped into doing something that they do not have the ability to ward off or defend themselves against.

Deviant behavior cannot and nust not be equated to normal behaviour. There is no need to argue on what is normal and what is deviant. We all know what they are. There is no need to split hairs.

Tommy Koh may be a hidden gay person all this while. So his words could be for his own selfish interests.

  3. If they repeal S377A, there will be more cases of male victims sodomized , just as there are more cyclists deaths on the roads after they promoted cycling (and with LTA now promoting walking - likely more pedestrians deaths!).

  4. Once the law is repealed, means it's normal since its legal. I worry for our young kids who will suffer in the hands of the gays who would persuade and influence to sodomize them. For those who think it's ok, please go watch the gay porn and you will see how disgusting it is. In our days when we were young, people go beat up these people in the park when they were caught seeking victims to sodomize. In the interest of national security, the population will shrink further if it's widely practised. For heVen sake like the anon eRlier stated there is no need to argue or debate what is normal or abnormal. Everyone knows. Once a gay guy said to me animals also have gay so it's normal but we are not animals! When I was younger, I was approached by a gay who try to persuade me to be have gay sex. I was very young then and I was very scared so can you imagine when it's all legal and the gays have a Licence to persue his victims openly. May god bless us. 😰

  5. Would they be preying on children and chasing them all over the place to sodomise them?

Then what, no recourse in law?

Now husband oso cannot rape an unwilling wife.

  6. With the influx of so many Whites and Black Ants or Cobras in Sinking Land, the Papies needed their votes just like in America where the Senators and the President running for elections will acted as hypocrites to accept them all.

Better to have the White Terminates and the Black Ants or Cobras sodomised their own.

Now Sinkieland mini animals are in for all these Western influence decadence life styles.

Let them have their own prerogatives and fates in accepting them.

The Atheists should be biased against by these what's other religious groups. Most are hypocrites anyway.

We have Bishops and Priests raping and sodomising young gals and boys.

We have religious teachers in Matland also the same

We also have Buddhist leaders doing the same.

So must let all have a choice.

Now many Sinkies also are single and many also need their cooling off temperature.

Many also prefer their own as they now shared flats with their kakis.

Think it's fair that they have their choice.

  7. This gutless, bullying the weak, self serving garment has less and less morals but blinded by more and more about love of money & power. They are preparing in due time to sway along with the wind when its politically in their favor even in their hearts they know its perverse & disgusting to be "screwing" anus where shit comes out, and the perverse corruption & harm of young children by lust filled perverts who want to take advantage of young lives.
This is not pink love, its pink obscene lusts.
Keep shameful lusts in private. It is not for public endorsement.

  8. After legalizing sodomy, what next? Bestiality?

Where do you draw the red line?

Why stir shit when for thousands of years, sodomy has always been offensive and only done in the dark or behind closed doors, with the knowledge that it is not to be condoned?

  10. RB,

When s337a repealed, the law will treat homosexual practices the same as with heterosexual practices.

Can a man & woman have sex in public?
Can underaged boy & girl have sex in public?
Can a woman seduce a 14 yr old boy for sex?
Can a man pay a 12 yr old girl for sex?

Once above legal age of consent (currently 16) then is legal to have consensual sex in private, unless got coercion (whether physical or psychological) or subterfuge or trickery or if one is mentally unsound.

    Same thing even if boy-boy, man-boy, girl-girl, woman-girl.

I think the law already got something against bestiality, so animals kena fucked or sodomised by humans can report police.

  11. 11.33 am once repeal, sg will turn upside down. We all need to be careful on our kids to ward off predators that can sodomize our kids.

  13. Remedial Actions And Possible Consequences in a Lawless Society

If there is no more National Laws to protect our young, innocent, easily influenced children against sexual perverts and predators, then we have no choice but to formulate and enact our own Community Laws or Town Laws.

And since there is no National Laws against Asshole Perverts, the Police are not obliged to investigate and pursue the matter. Therefore, we have to form our own Vigilante Groups in every precinct to replace the Police in taking actions against possible sexual predators and criminals.

And since the Courts will not be hearing any such sodomy offences, we have to form our own Town Court (Informal) to hear the cases and mete out punishments.

The punishments shall be extremely harsh and swift to serve as a deterrent. There will be no second chance for any offender to commit the offence again.

    What say you, RB?

  14. You all have a point. If they repel, young boys going to toilets will be a dangerous thing. Maybe powerful people such as priests are behind it because they like to do such things to young boys.

  15. We need to elect a government that can protect our kids.

  16. Once 377A is repealed there will be a huge demand for chastity belts. Worried parents will buy them to protect their brats.

  17. We have closed to one million black cobra working in sg. If legalised I think sg will be turn upside down. God bless

  18. I would not expect Tommy Koh, of all people, to be that interested particularly in repealing this section 377A.

Or was he told to send up test balloons to gauge public response? If not favourable, they will wait for something to happen, like what some envisaged, and Section 377A will be consigned to history. Test balloons are obviously good tactics to get feedback on issues the PAP wants to change. The no-smoking issue in HDB flats is another example of test balloons being sent up.

Sinkies have been giving ideas to the men in white, knowing they will use such suggestions to screw them, sodomy style and legalised.

  20. The chicken industry is well developed here but once the act is repeal, a new duck industry will be developed. The duck industry wil also attract many whites to come here as many countries here still treat ass screwing as illegal so once is legal here, the tourist industry will benefit. I dare not imagine the harm done to our society.

  21. If S377A is repealed, it means the 69.9% voted for sodomy . . .

  22. We still have a last resort, if The Sodomy Law is repealed. Since there is no law, WE The People can "take the law into our own hands" to protect our children. Just like 1000 years ago. Sexual Crimes will not get away Scotts Free. There is such a thing as Common Laws - common people's own laws or "Laws of the Street".

Anyone screw a young boy's backside, we hunt him down like hunting animals. When caught we chop off his naughty lustful bird. No choice. Forced to take such drastic action for the sake of our future generations.

  23. When the act is repealed, can you imagine you will see men kissing each other in public. What a sight it will be and how to explain to young children that the abnormal act is normal and what it can do to them. I think if it happens we need to consider migrating to other countries that do not support this disgusting act in open.

  25. Stop the circle of plunder and immoral reward and elitist structures collapse. But not until a majority finds the moral courage and the internal fortitude to reject the something-for-nothing con game and replace it by voluntary associations, voluntary communes, or local rule and decentralized societies, will the oppression and the plunder cease.

  26. Tommy Koh wrote in ST: Religious leaders may view homosexuality as a sin, like adultery and fornication, but there is no reason for the state to make it a crime.

Wa, if PAP elites think like that, then Singapore is absolutely on the road to moral decadence.

Sinfulness, moral decay is not necessary a crime, so can practise, that's what Tommy Koh is touting !!
