IS War of Words

The IS and terrorist organizations are getting smarter and making full use of modern technology and cyberspace to conduct wars cheaply and very effectively. Eng Hen’s disclosure of the IS training children from Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore, burning their passports and taking up arms and the message that these countries are potential targets of these young terrorists have a lot of implications. In the first instance, it shows how sophisticated the terrorist organizations are in the art of psychological warfare.

The revelation of the presence of these young terrorists from the three countries is to give notice to the countries that they better take the threat seriously. And these countries have no choice but to bolster up their defensive mechanism and organisations to prepare and counter the threats. Manpower, equipment and time would have to be allocated to prepare for the inevitable, and as they said, it is a matter of when. So, a simple act of flashing the video in cyberspace would have the effect of making countries tying down their resources and manpower for something in the dark that may or may not happen and without any idea when or where they will hit. The IS is having the upper hand, they have the initiative, when and where to strike.

On the international scale, such wars of words would put big countries like the USA and its allies, participants in the Coalition of the unWilling shitting in their pants. All IS needs to do is to post a few threats in the net and their anti terrorist organizations would be kept very busy shadow fighting. And it would be worse when the threat is more specific, with time and place revealed.

This psycho warfare could drive many countries crazy, wasting time, resources and manpower for apparently nothing. The cost to IS and other terrorist organizations is practically negligible, but not to the countries they are targeting. No country can ignore the threats and Singapore is deploying the Army boys and the Home Teams and NSmen and whatever available to be ready, and cannot afford to be caught with the pants down. Then everyone will be pointing the finger, they told you. Why didn’t you do something?

What about the retrenchment terror inflicted upon Singaporean PMETs by Alien HR Managers and Alien CEOs operating in Singapore?
    - is there any truth to this allegation?

    RB

    Tiok.

But then hor, IS must also see whether is it worth it to strike Sinkieland or not, so as not to waste their bullets, bombs or even their lives on a "not that high payoff" target, tio bo?

Is it not better to save their bullets, bombs and even their lives for better targets eg bigger countries like Malaysia, Indonesia or even the USA and Europe, where the effect and payoff on their cause will be much better and stronger?

So what if even Sinkieland disappear, let alone killing a couple of Sinkies? What effect has that on their cause, or even the world, you tell me lah?

Even if there is truth, so what? Did PAP not win GE 2015 with 70% votes, and BB BE 2016 with 61% votes, even with a minority candidate against a Chee Soon Juan in a Chinese majority SMC by election?

  4. The IS has another trump card. They are unpredictable to the extent of irrational. You cannot read their minds if you are logical. You do not know what is up their sleeve. Would they hit Singapore, not a choice target, like the Banglas, not targeting Singapore?

Should Eng Hen stand down all his men and all the preparations?

My advice, do not try to be logical with the IS and terrorists, do not try to be too clever.

  5. Smart Sinkies don't fight PAP, just as smart IS won't terrorise Sinkieland.

Rather smart Sinkies know how to use the opportunities under PAP to make lots of money and have a good life.

Just as smart IS know how to use the opportunities in worthy targets and attack and inflict damage to maximise the effect and outcome for their cause. Does attacking Sinkieland achieve that?

Rather smart Sinkies know how to use use our votes wisely to negotiate a better life for ourselves and our children.

Just as smart Sinkies know how to use the vote in un-worthy GRCs to vote Opposition to give feedback in parliament for a better life. Isn't this more effective than always voting PAP?

  7. Start with the madrasahs & the mosques -- 80% of them are secretly ok with IS methods & goals, even if they swear in front of you that they are loyal sinkies and against IS. In fact if you portray yourself as anti-western and speak in malay, they will eventually reveal their true thinking. Authorities actually know, but they cannot (or will not) act on silent supporters.

  8. In the 80s when such supporters go to Afghanistan to fight the Soviets, they were called mujaheed and freedom fighters by US. Today, when the same happens, they are called Alqaida/ISIS and terrorists.

What is the similarity? In both cases the freedom fighters of the 80s and today's terrorists are funded by the US.

What is the difference? The freedom fighters fought for US while the terrorists fought against the US.

Yes, that's the idea---asymmetrical warfare. Young people, especially the disaffected ones, are easily swayed to some anti-establishment, "let's-blow-up-the-world" cause...and the IS is expert at exploiting this.

    >> No country can ignore the threats and Singapore is deploying the Army boys and the Home Teams and NSmen and whatever available to be ready, and cannot afford to be caught with the pants down. Then everyone will be pointing the finger, they told you. Why didn’t you do something? <<

Yeah, govts have to be seen to "do something" by kachauing young people here and there, but in reality...it won't make much difference. The only way to stop IS is to permanently stop IS...and that ain't happening anytime soon.

The world to some young ones, is getting VERY TOUGH, and young people---who have been stripped of their individuality thanks to the schools, the society and the culture, and sadly many of their families are assholes too...

So yeah, keep stripping young people of their identity and confidence. Fuck them up. Turn them into psychologically damaged adults...

...so that they can come to RB's blog and the TRE and talk shit. 😂😂

  10. IS is no longer a threat to Syria Iraq where the military can deal with.
IS became a threat to the west. The influx of immigrants into EU is the potential IS breeding camp.

Singapore s blangali having organized activities propagating to kill people such as sitting on chair unaware is far more potent that gun triggering on the streets.

There are at least 2 to 3 millions of foreigners of various quality.
No one can be so prepared. Let say sitting on a bus, sometime deserted on upper deck. Someone of those group use a sharp object to stab from behind following the printed handout to those workers, the illustrations in steps we saw in papers. That s it.

Teaching kids to burn passport are not serious in my view as kids will grow up to think for themselves. But the constant influx of foreigners into this limited space without real check is a problem. Some days voters will learn from experience and ditch the pap for doing the immigration with millions of foreigners. Its too early to worry about the consequence. Nothing has happened except a riot at little india that had no control for hours. Citizens were comfortable about the burning of police cars. Watching on flats as if a movie shooting went on street. What IS threat here is just a talk or joke. No one will believe it after so many warnings so often. But influx continues with the white paper on target.

  11. URA toying with the idea of short term or even allowing property owners to be motel, brothel short time capitalists.

All for the sake of capitalizing their assets for monetary rewards.

One fine day or night, Booooom! !@@##$/^
Wah pity their innocent neighbours who lived innocently and frugally they had to give their lives to their greedy fellow or foreign trashes owners who rented their places to the terrorists.

    Good show

  12. These fuckers really only care about money and not social security and the security of Singaporeans living with unknown foreigners next door.

Fucking fools. Who should be responsible if something bad happens? Blame who?
