HR Director warning to all CEOs and HR staff

A HR Director took a personal interest to want to right the wrongs in the hiring process of foreigners here. He wrote an appeal to all CEOs and HR staff and a copy is being posted in the TRE. I copied the first few paragraphs here.
 

‘I am a HR Director who joined the company a few months ago.
 

After the incident of Foreign Talents with qualifications from degree mills was exposed, I took the initiative to look through each and every one of my employee’s qualifications, what was stated in their resume, application form, cover letter, as well as the copies of academic scrolls and transcripts kept by HR department.
 

I was shocked to find that many foreign employees have falsely declared their qualifications, many stated a masters in their resume, cover letter and application form. Upon request for the original transcripts and scrolls, the staff was unable to produce any and came up with various explanations, eg. that he/she in fact did not complete the masters due to moving to Singapore, did not collect the certificate, left the certificate in her home country, did not complete dissertation, and other excuses etc….’
 

Anyone who wants to know what is wrong with the hiring of foreigners and how many fakes and cheats are here need not look any further. It is happening right under their noses. This HR Director is doing national service by blowing the issues into the open. Many are still in a state of denial, for many unforgiveable reasons, and allowing this scam to go on, affecting the lives of many Singapore, the jobs of many PMETs, the integrity and efficient of industry and the fate of this country. It is serious. But when the monkeys chose not to see, not to hear, not to know, and not to do anything, it is a vain call by this HR Director. The fish rots from the head and only the tail is left waiting to fall off.
 

Though the appeal of this HR Director may touch a few responsible people, CEOs and HRs to dig out the trash, it would be too little and too late. The most disgusting thing is that many people, CEOs and HRs are part of the scam, to screw Singaporeans and you cannot do anything about it without getting rid of them. It has to go down to the bottom of the problem to pull out the roots and all.
 

Can you see where and what are the causes of this massive crime against Singaporeans? Can you see who is watering and fertilising the roots? To get rid of this problem it needs a national effort short of a ‘revolution’ in the recruitment process and industry. It is a sick and wicked game that is allowed to blossomed.
 

What can be done about it? What are you going to do about it? Simple, just accept that you are daft and the foreign cheats are the talents that deserved the jobs they are taking from you, and do nothing. And be happy. Your future is in good hands. You and your family are very well taken care of. You have been taken care of.

    1. That's why we need kamikaze opposition candidates like CSJ, RN, Jega to shake the whole system and purge all the undesirables.

      Be opposition MPs no use, must be ruling MPs. If PAP still have mandate by the daft 60% then they have all their powers to sweep all.these under carpets.

      Hope that the daft 60 plus percent of sinkies who had voted the PAP for the last five decades had their spouses, children, siblings and friends out in the streets selling tissues or begging for food due to these traitorous acts by those responsible including themselves.

  8. My prediction for the next GE: more Singaporeans will vote for PAP. Opposition will do very badly and more will lose their deposits.

    Economy is doing well, people and happy and stomachs are full. There are a handful who have lost their jobs, but few and far between. There are also a few greedy people who have over stretch on property investments and are feeling the pinch with rate rises, but these people deserve it because they are greedy. The majority of Singaporeans are happy, so PAP will still rule the country after the next GE. PAP is better than the opposition because you need experience to be in power.

    We already know you don't need real qualifications or experience to succeed in Singapore.
    Heck, you don't even need to be a Singaporean to succeed in Singapore.
    Maybe this is another new miracle of the LHL government?

    Tiok. PAP may not even be good but is definitely better than the opposition.

    Hence for the 60%, and when it comes to the vote, it is the choice of the lesser of 2 evils. Hope RB can also realise this.

  15. How many % more votes PAP will get in next GE will depends very much on how many "instant trees" PAP had planted since the last GE.

    And judging from the quality of some of those "instant trees", I think PAP must have taken in quite a lot.

    Becos if u go for quantity, quality inevitably will suffer, be it trees, human beans or product.

  18. Ha Ha Sinkies you still have not learned anything yet.

    Academic qualification has been used as an excuse but in reality unless in "knowledge industry" most degrees wherever proved that you can analyse problem objectively. So its boils down to salary and resourceful and in most cases Sinkies will fail when come to accepting half the salary offered to the FTs. So behave like FTs and leave your families in the 3rd world where cost of living will not eat into your half salary. OK? Can?

  19. From the beginning, PAP shun working with local entreprenuers in favor of MNC. There is a problem of having lots of MNCs in Singapore.

    The managers quickly become theives who strip mine their companies so long as they remain in power and they receive salary.

    Meanwhile, an entrepreneur will be meritocratic.

    I have seen FT Indians running company into shit but the managers dont care.

    The slack in background check is not just HR fault but hiring managers.

    Frankly, I think this "appeal" is FAKE, and the whole darn thing an internet hoax.

    There are just too many red flags in the wording of this "appeal".
