Yang Yin – How to escape from Sin City

Yang Yin is out on $150k bail. It was reported that $10m of Ms Chung’s asset were missing and $500k had been transferred to Yang Yin’s parent. By absconding, running away and forfeiting $150k seems to be sup sup suey, and worth every cent spent, that is if he can disappear from Sin City and escaped serving 10 years behind bar. His passport has been impounded but that does not mean that he cannot escape. Many criminals in the past had their passport impounded too, but also disappeared like David Copperfield’s disappearing act.

Assuming that Yang Yin would want to do the same, what is the best way or how would he do so? With our highly reinforced checkpoints and our efficient ICA officers, it is nearly impossible for a fly to fly through the checkpoints without being detected. His photographs must be hanging in the immigration office next to the President’s for easy and ready recognition.

Not sure where he is staying, but presumably he will be closely watched. He may be tagged with an electronic device to track him. Assuming he could dismantle the tag, it is unlikely that he would walk out of his residence by the main door. Very likely, I think, he will climb out of the toilet window. Anyone watching him should pay special attention that there is no toilet rolls outside his toilet window. When the toilet rolls appeared, it would be the most obvious sign that he is making his move.

Assuming the person guarding his movement fell asleep and Yang Yin managed to slip out of the window and disappeared, the best place to search for him is the Straits of Johore. No need to waste time searching the reservoirs or Labrador Park or any other Parks. Skip Outram Park, Bishan Park, Kranji Park, Hong Lim Park and East Coast Park, and don’t bother about car parks. Just wait for him along the northern coast of the island.

And while waiting for him, it is important to clear the coast of plastic bottles in case he collects them and tie them to his body as floats. The best is to set him up by leaving a small sampan there with a string attached to haul him back once he is on board. A little help from our Malaysian Police on this would definitely be appreciated.

I think with all the experience we have learnt since the Mas Selamat escape, this Yang Yin would be like a bird in a cage, no where to run. Oops, did Mas Selamat escaped from a cage too?

I think there is really no chance for Yang Yin to do a Mas Selamat or a Tan Wah Piow. He would be safe in the island until his trial is over.

Wanna bet?

  1. Please lah, back in the 1990's Elyamani Khamis jumped the 1 million dollar bail posted (in cash).

If I were YY, I'd be long gone already, or at least give my escape attempt a jolly good try.

    Can you blame him?

  2. No lah, I don't think Yang Yin will escape. Or else, he could have done so earlier, just like his wife did, tio bo?

And I also don't think PAP will be voted out next GE. Or else it would have happened earlier, like in GE 2011, tio bo?

  3. May be the idea is to let him abscond - remove the political hot potato. Remember Phey Yew Kok?

  4. Very simple.

Have a passport of another PRC newly minted RED SIN passport with photo of that PRC looking similar with Yin Yang.

Learnt by hard the name of that person in the passport.

Go to ICA check out manual counter manned by our intelligent ICA officers. This is via Sin by bus to JB by causeway.

The question they blurted out to you "Mr So & So" on the passport. Said yes with confidence. They wanted to test you whether you are that person.

50 upon 50 chance of going thru.

Once you are thru, 100 percent you are a free man.

Next, brought another SIN passport with Auto Fast Clearance Approval Disc from the Immigrasi of Malaysia.

If same passport got this better still. Save another sum of monies.

At JB Immigration go to the MACS- Malaysia Automated Clearance System at the end of the counters and just placed the passport on the automated machine. No finger prints needed.

VOILA!! YOU ARE SAFELY IN JB.

From here, easy lah Bros, anywhere just take a flight out. The Malaysian Imigrassi Bros just trust you with the Sin passport with auto clearance out from Malaysia.

Chances of escape 50/50 from SIN and 100% from Malaysia.

Can fly First class out. Afterall in ringgit. Got 40 Sin Million Dollars. What is 10 thousand ringgit.

    Cheers

Ya lor. Yang Yin can be many things but I think being stupid isn't one of them.

That's why there may be good reasons he chose to stay behind to get arrested and get charged.

And similarly PAP may have good reasons why they create and continue policies that make many Sinkies angry and unhappy. PAP can be many things but being stupid isn't one of them.

  6. Yang Yin can always become some country's spy. Surely, certain countries need a Chinese to spy on Taiwan , China or even Singapore!
They can always give him a passport or let him stay here under a new identity.
    Dun be naive.
    The world is not b/w.

  8. Maybe YY has a trump card up his sleeve, and all this charges are but wayang to save face all round. After all, he was a AMK grassroot leader and had guansi connections, rubbing shoulders with the likes of Intan and, who knows, maybe even LHL. With our laws giving favourable treatment to foreign talents, he may get a couple of years free food & lodgings at our expense and get to keep a portion of the loot misappropriated from the old lady. Anyway, falsification of documents and misappropriation are not serious crimes in SG - we read about them everyday. This could be his game plan. But then, he could out wit our SPF and ICA and disappear ala-Mat Selamat.

    1. You are absolutely right!!

YY is the named person in the LPA. Legally this is done when the old wealthy lady is still lucid and knowingly signed the documents.

So in the court of law, unless now she revoked the LPA, YY Is the legal holder.

Now thinks the lady is not zo lucid and chancesnof revoking it is not so easy.

So the incompetence parties knew that they had made blunders. Only way to charge him with other charges.

Why should he scarifie the 40 millions when after servicing his jail terms for frauds, he still entitled to his 40 millions.

These PRCS Very tough ones. CAN SERVED JAILS NO PROBLEMS.

JUST THINK OF THE 40 !°MIIONS

  17. Its a matter whether he want or not ,not whether he can or not.
S$150K bail if its on me for such cases is like telling me to charboe,(not charbor).
Get a surgery expert and turn his face to look like me or anybolee.

Should charge him one case at a time, and chuck him in the cell immediately. Before release, charge him for the 2nd case and so on..
    Until his backside koyak.
What is 150K compare to few hundred million to him.

  18. Got VIP endorsement what.

  19. 150K bail seems very low with the stake so high. Was it a cash bail provided by YY thru a proxy?
Conditions seem favour him jumping bail and live happily there after in his motherland.
