This piece of news is hot in the media.
‘BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Brunei: The Philippines accused China on Sunday of a "massive" military buildup in the disputed South China Sea, warning at a regional security forum that the Asian giant's tactics were a threat to peace.
The statement by Philippine Foreign Secretary Albert Del Rosario ensured that the growing row over rival claims to the strategically vital and potentially resource-rich sea would again be a key focus of the annual four-day Asia-Pacific talks.... ‘Source. CNA Online.
I think the news should be rewritten as ‘The US accused China of a “massive” military buildup in the disputed South China Sea,... What is real behind this gungho screaming by the Philippines is quite obvious. And read further the message is quite clear. What does the Philippines meant in its warning that ‘China’s tactics were a threat to peace?’ Who is going to disrupt peace or start a war? Yes who, China or someone else?
Could it be the Philippines trying another killing of Taiwanese fisherman act? Would the Philippines dare to re enact that scene with Chinese military boats or ships as the target? What is likely going to happen?
Can anyone imagine the Philippines in their rickety warship firing at the Chinese surveillance ships?
China is not going to let this American lackey to push her around and has sent the first warning as reported by REUTERS. ‘China's state media warned on Saturday that a "counterstrike" against the Philippines was inevitable if it continues to provoke Beijing in the South China Sea, potentially Asia's biggest military troublespot.’
China needs to send a very firm no nonsense message to the Philippines and the Americans. It is prepare to strike if the nonsense is not stopped. Any weakness or backtracking by China would only embolden the Pinoys and the Americans. China has no other option but to dig in and take the provocations by the horns.
Is the Philippines trying to punch above its weight, propped up by the Americans and the Japanese?
Uncle Sam fear the growing might of China. It has encircle China with bases around it and has signed friendship treaties with nations around China. It has revitalise Burma as part of its global to contain China. It now uses its minion nations to provoke China into a confrontation that Uncle can exploit to its advantage.
ReplyDeleteThe headline should read:
ReplyDeleteAmericanoys rambutt China for flashing its might.
War coming soon?
Proxy wars?
ReplyDeleteIn the end it is those who fight the wars for others that really suffer. Unless they are tired of living, they need some brains whether it is worth fighting. If not, they deserved to be whacked hard and perished.
Just look at the tragedy in Syria. Assad's soldiers and the rebels are killing each other and many civilians caught and died in the crossfire. And beautiful, historic towns and property in ruins.
We know puppets need someone behind in order to move and talk. And whatever the one behind wants to talk about, the puppet naturally is the one appearing to do the talking. But sometimes puppets may get the idea that they have a mind of their own, as in the horror movies. That would invite trouble sooner or later.
ReplyDeleteJust because they have a big American dick behind their arse, the Pinoys think they can now threaten everybody.
I would be even more wary of the Pinoys than anyone else around Asean if they persist with this arrogant attitude.
Mark Twain: "a favorite theory of mine—to wit, that no occurrence is sole and solitary, but is merely a repetition of a thing which has happened before, and perhaps often."
ReplyDeleteWhen will people ever learn?
china kena in the south the little islands, a bit up north japan island disputes. now insurrection of the uighurs in the west. who knows soon the us will instigate india to disturb disputed border in the south west. then tibet might create trouble again. china will be the next middle east. any news of us influence in mongolia up north of china?
ReplyDeleteAbe has been there last month to influence the Mongolians. The noose is tightening and soon China would just have to punch someone to break it.
ReplyDeleteAnyone say this has nothing to do with the US?
The US, using her puppet colonies Japan and the Philippines, is poking China and spoiling for a fight.
ReplyDeleteIt has nothing to do with the US. The US is the most peace loving country in the world.
ReplyDeleteThe only thing it has to do with the US is the Great American Sale of weapons, aka obsolete weapons that need to be disposed off.
One thing though. This will not be a war like the one China fought against the West more than a century and a half ago. The collateral damage will be immense.
The reckless and irresponsible Americans, the weapons manufacturers and the US Administration would do all they can to push their weapons to the combatants.
ReplyDeleteThe frightening thing is that they thing they can control and manage a conflict without allowing it to go out of control. It could lead to a major war between the US and China, and unimaginable casualties on both sides.
waiting, waiting fir them to fire the first shot.
DeleteProperty, stocks, everything crashed.
No need to purge the foreign talents, trashes.
They will disappear by themselves.
American naval ships in Sin City, PRC ally North Korea requested China to let them try their missles.
Can sink the red dot with one shot or not.
More American boys will be killed or maimed. More American families will lose their sons, some their brothers, some their husbands.
ReplyDeleteSays thanks to the warmongers who are hellbent to start wars for profit while others lose their lives.
And the idiotic Americans are hoping that they will find some victories and heroes to cheer like a football match.
Angry sentiments are surfacing in EU, Japan and Korea now that it is reported in the news that alleging US has been on its allies.
ReplyDeleteChina could exploits this speak up for them
Tokyo will “strongly demand” an explanation about reported allegations that Japanese diplomats in the U.S. were among 38 “targets” of American spying activities, Chief Cabinet Secretary said Monday.
ReplyDeleteThe Guardian, which quoted what it says is a top-secret U.S. National Security Agency document leaked by fugitive ex-NSA and ex-CIA contractor Edward Snowden.
Middle Eastern countries, the European Union mission, France, Italy, Greece, Mexico, South Korea, India and Turkey also targetted by US.
Can China do a Phillipines on US at a major event?
If a puppet can talk so loud , a sophistcated China could do much more.
Is singapore also under the us radar? Any report on this?
ReplyDeleteAn article which said Singapore worker is not skillful enoughm, compare to Germany, Japan & Swiss,I tend to agreed.
ReplyDeleteNot enough media encouragement of the skills? Singapore skills works had reached it height in the 80s and 90s later tapered off? The perception it is a dirty job? In highly developed country, their skilled workfore is not so pressure and do such quick turnaround like Singapore, which rely on less educated foreigners?
Less children been born, skills job had an image problems, whereas in Germany, Switzerland and Japan it was highly respect and well paid, which many of these skills workers spearhead the innovations which drive the economy?
Low pay and competitions from foreign workers, quite a few grow old became cleaners, which are the less educated skill worker?
Since Singapore recognised it had a problem, massive incentive needed to develop the skills or trade workfore in term of incentives, training, education and innovations?
Singapore seen to be pushing for the code of conduct in south china seas quite strongly.
ReplyDeleteThe EU is very angry over the spying by US on close working partners.
ReplyDeleteIf they can spy on Japan, France, Germany who fight along with US soldiers in Afghanistan like Spore in ISAF,
How Spore can be spared?

ReplyDeleteThe Pinoy's licking of Obama's scrotum has yielded benefits -- or so they think.
ReplyDeleteTheir oral testicular stimulation has caused the Commander-In-Chief's black canon to become hard and menacing.
The Pinoy's now think they are invincible. Why? Because if you give a Pinoy's a big gun, he immediately starts acting tough.
Putang ina mo'!
The Pinoys are learning how to use drones from the Americans. More lethal weapons should on the way there to 'balance the rising Asian powers' in US pivot to Asia.
ReplyDeleteSingapore is in without a doubt.
May be the Pinoys should learnn from the Thais who have a good understanding and knowledge of how to deal with big powers without getting 'crushed'.
True true. When the Americans gave them a warship from the museum they thought they could use it to fight the Chinese and grab some islands if not some Chinese fishing boats.
ReplyDeleteThen China sent in a few surveillance ships and told the Pinoys to get lost or they will sink the museum piece. And quickly the Pinoys fled, citing no fuel and need to resupply.
The Chinese detachments in the islands in South China Seas must be on the alert. The crazy Americans may send cruise missiles to hit them like they hit the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade.
ReplyDeleteThis if it happens, it will be all out war with the Americans.
ReplyDeleteHi Anon 11.28
The Pinoys learning how to kill the PRC by operating the drones.
Haha!!!!
How many PRC soldiers can the drones killed????
Using millions S$$gadets just to kill maybe thousands of PRC soldiers.
They have over millions millions millions of soldiers.
That excludes the young boys coming into age to hold the arsenals.
Once the Chinese nationalism is stirred, its like a hornets nests.
They sting you and die together with you.
See the Vietnam War?? A six footer American GI with hands over his head and hehind him walking a puny size four footer Vietnamese boy just holding a Merk IV reifle firing only single shot at one time.
The Americans can use all their powerful arsenals to hit the PRC but you cannot kill their spirit and billions of soldiers.
Good Luck to the Pinoys, Yankees and the Japs.
Just show some photos of the Slaugther of the Chinese in Nanjing by the Japs and the PRC will fight with their bare hands to kill the Japs.
Revenge is not late after all these years and the Japs are itchy backsides to stir shit again.
This goes to show that depending on the type of war one is fighting, third world tactics can still triumph over first world weaponry.
ReplyDeleteThe Vietnam War is one such example. The Americans were using their air superiority and throwing bombs all over the place, but the North Vietnamese were hiding safely inside their bunders deep underground. A country fighting a war overseas cannot keep on sending troops and supplies thousands of miles away if the enemy, on home soil, is willing to wait for as long as is needed to wear out the aggressor. Added to that, the jungle warfare and the annual monsoon season favours the North Vietnamese, who are used to fighting in such conditions, but not so for the American soldiers. Therefore, it is not a foregone conclusion that first world weaponry and tactics will always come out on top.
And never forget the Chinese saying: waiting ten years for revenge is never too late.
If I in China leadership, won't take on pinoy direct lor .......
ReplyDeleteCan also use proxy lah ......
Ever heard about DPRK?
Chinois vs Americunt will not happen - they will be left half died and a third strong power will emerge and take over.
ReplyDeletePinoys vs NKs more likely.
Right bro, ROC used to boast that they can take PRC on.
ReplyDeleteThey should now used their military might and take on the pinoys who kicked their ass, pride and dignity.
The truth is, would the master allow his two dogs to fight and tear each other apart? The evil empire also knows that two dogs are better than none, so they will never allow the ROC and Pinoys to slaughter each other. It is outside their plot.
