The hammering of North Korea continues

Everyday, without fail, the western media will dish out hated mails and articles about North Korea, calling it mad, crazy, unpredictable, belligerent and all kinds or negative adjectives. Actually who is the crazy and mad one? No one dares to say so. Kishore Mahbubani, the one that is supposedly seen as very harsh in his comments on the West, also shied away from calling a spade a spade, avoiding naming the devil in the rising tension in the Korean Peninsula. The Americans are the war mongers, the mad and crazy bastards that are pushing the two Koreans towards war.

If anything, the North Koreans are cornered, provoked and trapped in a corner. They are far from being mad or crazy. They know very well that the only protection they have against the mad and evil Empire is the threat to nuke the Americans when forced to. And as for the South Koreans, if they are stupid enough to be pushed into war with the North Koreans, they got themselves to be blamed for their own idiocy.

Now what did Kishore said and why didn’t he call a spade a spade? In his article in the ST last week, he talked about the basics of diplomacy, talk to your enemy. And he named all the countries doing just that except one, the evil Empire. The Americans refused to talk to Iran and North Korea and is brandishing military weapons and threatening war with the two countries. To the Americans, because of its monopoly in superior weaponry, it refused to talk to anyone. It only know one act, to blast whoever they called as enemy. Now, who is the mad one, the crazy one that only thinks of nothing but to go to war?

Come on Kishore, the North Koreans are not mad or crazy as the West, especially the Americans would want the world to believe. They are being pushed to a corner and have no other ways out but to fight. They are forced to fight by crazy and mad people in the USA who would not allow them to have their own nuclear arms. The USA have been threatening, seriously, premeditated, to strike at both Iran and North Korea for possession of nuclear capability. Can anyone beat that, the most powerful military powerful fearing a nascent nuclear power to blow up the USA and for what reasons really beats me. Only the crazy Americans can think that other countries are ruled by mad leaders when in fact the lunatics are residing in Washington.

In a way, the mad and crazy people tag could also be hung on the two Koreans for going to war at the instigation of the Americans and start to kill their own kind.

  1. The North Koreans were vilified by that dumb fuck who had vacated the white house as one of the axis of evil.

Well, axis of evil or not, that country at least has back bone. It is not like ours who go supplicating the Americans, even to the extent of cracking off colour jokes just to be on their good "old boy" books.

We are just like the prostitute waiting on the streets for the rich dirty old man to drift by and pulling whoever can pay a big fat tip on top of the hourly bang.

  4. All leaders are power-fuelled insane lunatics who differ only in degree of madness.

Unfortunately for the N Koreans, their Lunatic-In-Charge scores pretty darn high in the Global Lunatic Index. He is young, he feels the need to make "a statement", and he's decided to "threaten" the global superpower.

So he's just getting what he so foolishly started. Instead of being a "good neighbour" and get along with cuntrees in the region when he got to power, Kim Jong Un, like all "newbie" politicians decides to play the belligerent asshole of Asia and piss off nearly everyone -- including China and Russia, his only allies -- just to score a few political points with his brainwashed citizens (serfs).

Can't say I feel any sympathy for him.

Korean barbeque anyone? Pass the kimchi...goes well with crackling meat :-)

  8. How could a poor country like North Korea threatens the lives of Americans a few thousand miles across the Pacific Ocean? Why would North Korea be thinking of firing their ICBMs that the Americans don't think could fly, to the USA and to silly little countries in SE Asia?

What have these countries done to a hermit country to deserve such an honour, to be attacked? Who is crazy? The people who spread the lie or the believers who believe in the lie?

  9. Hi RB

I support taking down N Korea for China's interest. If N Korea goes nuclear, so would Japan. Next will be S Korea, and next may be Taiwan, Vietnam.

Containing N Korea benefit PRC more than USA.

In 1979, Deng Xiaoping is able to teach Vietnam a lesson precisely because she has no nuke.

If N Korea acquire Nuke delivery capability, would PRC dare to do a vietnam again on N Korea?

  13. It is true that China had many bad experiences with the countries it helped to defend their countries. History has been on the side of the West in general and the Americcans in particular for the last few centuries and made a fool of China and all Afro Asian countries.

The next chapter of world history is still not written and the outcome is still uncertain. China has to guard against the Americans and their allies and also against its friends that could quickly turn enemies.

The last time Musharaff of Pakistan turned against China, it did not last long and Pakistan returned to be China's friend. How would Myanmar turn out and how would North Korea turn out, are still anyone's guess.

  17. The Americans can go ahead with whatever plans they have.
The World will have to face and counter them as events happen.

Do they have a choice? Did the bombers destroy the Amercans for fun? The Americans know the Answers. Ultimately, Americans will learn to live sensibly like the Nordic Folks. Live and work peacefully with others.

  19. @328:

Your analogy doesn't make any sense at all.

You forget, the Koreas are still technically at war. Tensions have been high for nearly 60 years, and occasionally the Lunatic In Charge decides it's time once again to make the whole of Asia shit in their pants, and kwai lan with the south, Japan and the US.

This is not the first wayang lah. But perhaps this time someone will start shooting ;-)

If not this time, wait awhile, there'll be another "episode" soon.

  22. The West is tryng very desperately to divide the Chinese and North Koreans so that the US can do a regime change in Nkorea and later topple the Chinese leadership. They are so desperate until they purposely twisted President Xi remarks as rebuking Pyongyang which in fact was directed at the US.
China aren't stupid and see this US pivot clearly. It is stupid to compare Myanmar with North Korea. The US bombed millions of North Koreans to death in the Korean War but Myanmar did not even have a brush with the US militarily.
China is in fact very pissed off with the US for provoking Nkorea to having a nuclear deterrent. In fact Beijing sees that the US is deliberately provoking North Korean through a "playbook"as Obama described to use military might to scare Pyongyang. But when Pyongyang became belligerent instead of intimidated, the US got scared and now wants to talk to the Nkoreans.China in this case, offered the US no concession and US have no choice.
As reported, just a week after Kerry left China, the Chinese military accuse the US of meddaling in Asia and at the same time increase more economic activities with North Korea.
The chinese knows that the US wants either Nkorea to be toppled so that China can be within easy steps for US military or China topplings so that Nkorea will be dead. But unfortunately, the Asians aren't that stupid and simple-minded.
