The best combination to exploit Sinkies in Sinkieland
One foreign family I knew;
Husband : citizen
Wife : PR
Son. : PR
Daughter: citizen
Why??? I probably do the same. Everyone will take the best out of every opportunities, and that is exactly the smart people our country wanna attract, isn't it?
This is posted by Ahmadbaba in 3 in 1 kopitiam. And many bloggers who have PR or new citizen friends are saying that this is the normal and ideal combination. Taking the best from Sinkieland and waiting to scoot. And can’t blame them as they are rightly called foreign talents not for nothing. They could easily outwit our dull super talents and their policies. Or maybe not. Our dull super talents knew exactly that this would happen but closed an eye as they deemed the benefits outweighed the loophole. Only average Sinkies will be affected.
Let’s make a plea to these foreign talents, on good faith, that if their children do not intent to serve NS, please, please don’t take up PRs or citizenship. We know that these foreign talents are honest people and will not try to game the system and make our policies look silly and disadvantaged our very own citizens.
The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is just too tempting. FTs who bought a HDB flat could simply service the mortgage and wait for the fruit to ripen in 5 years or so, cash out by selling the flat at a big profit to some hardup Sinkies that the govt refused to sell them public flats. Then pack up and go home to be a rich man. For those who are earning a good income it will be double bonus with a good savings and a good profit from the sale of the flat.
And the stupid Sinkies would end up with the expensive resale flat bought from a happy FT turned temporary Sinkie.
The most ridiculous thing is that Sinkies are always at the receiving end of exploitation by foreigners, aided by our rulers.

The daft Sinkies have been told that they are daft and they really believe so. Now they are on their knees begging the PRCs, India Indians, Pinoys and all the third world talents to come and help them.

In the past, Sinlies believe every word by the government, now the trend is reversing. There is a general sense that people do not take our ministers seriously. The perception is that these are civil servants asked to fill the posts. Nothing more. Look at how LTY trying to rationalise the current transport woes. Not many people really understand what is in his mind. Until now, I still do not understand why we should provide bus companies the $1.1b and these companies are public listed, money making corporations. He said no money will go to their profits, how? If I give them more buses, surely their revenue will increase. I am lost!

High time SMRT and SBS Transit also compete with foreign talent bus companies.
I don't think our super talents know what is to expect even today,how to explain one fantastic super talent sudden awakening to warn foreigners not to take PR if their sons don't intent to serve NS after so many years,my own feeling is that our super talents are sleeping in the ivory tower thinking that they are in ful command of the whole situation whichthey did from 1959.

So collected all the benefits eg subsidized HDB, baby bonus, citizen rate school fees, top- up etc. Shiok.

The citizens do get the government they deserve. Therefore if you are a citizen who happens to disagree and despise your fellow cuntree men who swallow the political bait hook, line and sinker, you have no choice by try to "hoof it" on your own.
