    How big do these arrowanas grow?

    I saw a large golden one at a fish shop. It wss almost three feet long, the largest I have seen. The price? A cool $18K. My jaws drop.

    Saw one in a photo held by three men standing abreast. Easily 4 or 5 ft long.
