Lack of political talents
I wonder how many of you believe that there is a lack of political talents in paradise. I, for one, agree that there is really a lack of political talents. Look at everyone around, you can hardly claim that they are talents. This is the sad state of affair in paradise. Everyone is excellent in making big bucks, but being a political talent there are so few in between.
Oh, please disagree with me if you think you are better than whatever talents there are out there. Don't feel slighted. We just got enough for one political party. And that is a fact.
Oh dear, those not in the ruling party are going to be angry with me. I am just telling the truth. If they are good enough, they should have won the election and form a new govt. But they have lost to more able opponents, more talented than them.
Anyone want to prove me wrong?
Lack of political talents by design through persecution and attrition. And what yardstick do we measure political talents? Cast in the same mould, yes-minister type?
ReplyDeleteMost sensible people are smart enough, and have a definite purpose in life to better themselves, not impose their wills on others, or live off the productivity STOLEN from peaceful people, by forming a government.
ReplyDeleteYou can rest assured, that any "political candidate" is an evil motherfucker who unfortunately has the same rights as all of us, and therefore cannot be legally killed. :)
So if the PAPA complain that there are "no political talents", consider yourself very lucky. Perhaps some total idiot comes to power, because there's no one else — to me that is cause for celebration. You know he will mess up, you know that economy will be ruined (thus good for "bears" like myself), and you know that the govt will be so inefficient, you can do as you please, bribe officials etc.
No political talents? Man, that's a gift form god!
no, no, cannot call honorable people that kind of names lah.
ReplyDeleteThe phrase 'honourable people' reminds me of Teh Cheang Wan. But he was referred to as 'honourable eastern gentleman'. I wonder, even today, whether that was a geniune tribute by another 'honourable' person.
ReplyDeletein the triads, everyone is supposed to be honourable and righteous and loyal to their own kind.

ReplyDeletenow, i have never knew that i am great. i swear : )
ReplyDeleteSmall men think they are great with big ego to boost; great men see themselves as ordinary humans.
