They said feng shui is not permanent and can change over time. Some take longer to change, some change faster. But the value of land would not change, like the district 9, 10 and 11, unless something catastrophic happened to the island. The old rich remain rooted in these districts, some fallen but replaced by new rich. The land is still rich and extremely valuable.
Another way of looking at Singapore's feng shui is from the political angle. Once Tanjong Pagar was the choice area in terms of political feng shui. It was the seat of LKY's power, it supported him for more than 30 years as the PM of Singapore. Then there was a switch and the good feng shui skipped over to Ang Mo Kio, specifically Teck Ghee, nearer to Kong Meng San. This shift has made it home there for almost 20 years. How long would it remain in Ang Mo Kio?
The signs are saying that the new good feng shui for political fortune is shifting to the Marsiling Yew Tee area. Well, it has already produced a president and a DPM in waiting. It is almost 99% sure that the next PM would also be from this area. Those that betted for Tanjong Pagar or Ang Mo Kio seemed to have missed the boat, or misread the feng shui. No one would have ever thought that ulu Marsiling Yew Tee could turn out to be the birth place for political leadership, turning out a president and going to produce the next PM.
Did any feng shui masters notice this coming? Did anyone of the masters foresee the change and whisper to Lawrence Wong to move to Yew Tee? If there is one, then he is likely to be the most sought after feng shui master when Lawrence takes over the helm as PM.

Former US President Donald Trump said that his Florida home, the Mar--Lago, has been raided by the FBI.
In a statement, Trump said that his Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach was "occupied by a large group of FBI agents".
Trump is currently the focus of a congressional inquiry into last year's riot at the US Capitol.
Trump was in his Trump Tower at the time of the raid.
"These are dark times for our Nation," said Trump.
He said he had co-operated with all relevant government agencies and so the "unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate".
It amounted to "prosecutorial misconduct" and "the weaponisation of the Justice System" to prevent him from running for the White House again in 2024.
"Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries," he said. "Sadly, America has now become one of those Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before.
"They even broke into my safe!"
CBS News has confirmed that the FBI's execution of the search warrant on Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate was related to an investigation into the handling of National Archives records.
In February, the National Archives, the US government agency that manages the preservation of presidential records, asked the Justice Department to investigate Trump for his handling of official papers.
US presidents are required by law to transfer all of their letters, work documents and emails to the National Archives.
But officials say the former president illegally ripped up many documents.
Some of them had to be taped back together, the Archives said. Mr Trump at the time rejected reports that he had mishandled official records as "fake news".
This is about the PRA [Presidential Records Act violations]," said the Trump source, who o.

If they opt for a lease matching their present flat, that means just a little more than 50 years left, the ability to sell their flat later on is going to be a problem.

50% Increase In Covid-19 Cases Worldwide
The number of confirmed Covid-19 Cases worldwide grew by 30 million in July, 2022. This is about 50% more than June’s total.
Very serious outbreaks have been reported especially in Asia and USA.
Infections are also spreading very quickly in some European countries, especially in France, Germany and Spain.
Mortality rate of 54,000 Covid-19 related deaths has been registered in the month of July. It is also about 50% higher than the fatalities recorded in June, and is comparable with April’s figures.
Cases Spike in Asia
A new Covid-19 wave of infection has developed in Asia. For example, cases increased 6-fold in Turkey, where average daily figures spiked from 8,000 cases in early July to 50,000 at the end of July.
The most notable increase has been reported in Japan. It has been
reporting a 10-fold increase in daily cases during this period, from the daily average of 23,000 in early July to some 230,000 cases per day later in the month.
South Korea was another affected country, with average daily cases multiplying from 11,000 to 100,000 over the same period.
Singapore, a very tiny island of 5.6 million people, has been registering at 18,305 cases on 25, Feb and dropped to 10,756 cases per day on 19, July. Then it tapers of to around 8,000 per day by end of July. Considering its relative physical size, the rate of increase is significant.
Situation in Europe
In the majority of European nations, the infection peaked in mid-July and began to subside in the last days of the month.
For example, France reported a six-time decline in daily cases, to about 30,000 new patients per day in late July.
Cases in Italy dropped 3.5 times, to the daily average of about 40,000 cases.
Germany still registers at least 60,000 new cases daily, which constitutes a decline of 2.3 times.
Mortality Rate Increase
The United States accounts for one fifth of all deaths registered Worldwide. Fatalities in the country in July grew by 10% compared to June.
Brazil is the second hardest-hit nation in terms of mortality, registering about 7,000 deaths in the reported period, followed by Germany with 3,100 fatalities.
Next is France, and then Germany.

Some irresponsible governments are still pushing for more boosters to make profits from these fake vaccines. All the surges and increase in number of infection and deaths are proof that the fake vaccines are ineffective. Period.

I came across this somewhere that said that COVID19 deaths, especially in older people, were mainly due to deficiency of Vitamin D, but this was never discussed or brought up by Dr Fauci or other medical professionals. All he and others talked about were all about touting the efficacy of the vaccine and how many boosters are needed and wearing masks. Are we missing something important or being misled by misinformation about the vaccine?
