Another mischievous article blaming China

An AFP article again in our local media, thenewpaper, screaming with a headline, ‘China must act to stem Myanmar’s meth trade’. It makes it a point to put this in the first paragraph, ‘China should rein in the methamphetamine producing militias under its influence in eastern Myanmar and stem the flow of precursor chemicals fuelling the multi billion dollar drug trade, a report yesterday said.’

Who wrote this report, an NGO, the International Crisis Group, another western controlled organization, probably CIA linked.

Now why is China responsible for the acts of militias in Myanmar, another sovereign state? Can China move its soldierss into Myanmar like the CIA and Navy Seal with no respect to the govt of Myanmar and its sovereignty? The CIA could do so with all its secret and covert operations everywhere, including Myanmar. Just because the CIA could do so, it does not mean China could also do so in violation of Myanmar’s territorial rights.China does not meddle with the domestic affairs of another sovereign state.

If the NGO can demand China to act, why not demand the CIA operatives in Myanmar to act? The Navy Seals are in Myanmar covertly training the militias in the border area with China. Are they hapless and only China can do the job when China is over the other side of the border? And why is the NGO not asking the legitimate govt of Myanmar to control the militias and get its house in order?

Why is the problem in Myanmar a China responsibility and not the responsibility of the self appointed policeman of the world? This is the kind of western narrative and agenda that is churned out daily to tarnish China’s reputation, to keep harping and blaming China for all the ills of the world. Could these assholes remember the days of the Opium War when their forebears forced China to accept all the opium they wanted to dump into China and even started a war with China and subsequently demanded China to pay war reparations when China was defeated? These assholes, descendants of drug merchants, today are trying to blame everything on China, including the production of drugs in Myanmar by Myanmese. Who planted the seed of growing opium in this region?

Beware of this western mischievous agenda that is being bombarded daily in the main media, especially those that would not think and would happily put up everything by the West against China to demonise China. Main media are the worse culprit in producing fake news, misinformation and disinformation.

Mr RB, the other day CNA repeated broadcasted Myanmar's Jade Trade and China are to be blamed for the miners death.

So when any workers worldwide died because China trade for the goods so China ought to be blamed for their deaths ?

Wah piang, so many countries trade between their own, so their workers died the purchasing countries are to be blamed.

Then should we blamed the Vehicles Manufacturers for the deaths of so many accidents on the roads.

Or just the drivers who drove them?

The CIA is still the world's biggest and leading drug and heroin trader and trafficker. CIA has for decades since the end of the Second World War built a wide ring of opium, drug and heroin trading and trafficking throughout South East Asia. The trafficking used to be carried out via US army transportation vehicles and planes. Now it is carried out with its local mafias supported by CIA. CIA operate its secret drug and narcotic business with the cooperation of its supported local mafia businessmen under the cloak of decency to cover up
its illicit trade.

CIA has also operated wide rings of drug and narcotic trade in Central and South America. Many of the Latin American countries like Panama, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Bolivia and Venezuella have been economically devastated by CIA's illegal and illicit drug and narcotic trade.

Every year CIA make hundreds of billions of dollars for the US government to the benefit of Pentagon's Military Industrial Complex as well as to line up the pockets of those in powers of position in the White House, Senate, Congress, CIA, Pentagon and other pruportedly NGOs.

CIA is the evil and wicked arm of the US government and it must be destroyed'

The CIA has always been involved in clandestine drug trade since the Vietnam War. The drug money is used to finance subversion and sabotage. With China and Myanmar collaborating in the BRI initiative, the Golden Triangle will be affected by infrastructure development in Myanmar. This could cause the CIA to lose a lucrative business in drug trafficking. To spite the Chinese for causing the loss, Uncle Sam has resorted to taking the moral high ground and put the blame squarely on China.

Heroin from Southeast Asia is most frequently brought to the United States by couriers, typically Thai and Uncle Sam nationals with protection provided by CIA. California and Hawaii are the primary entry points for Golden Triangle heroin. Uncle Sam has reported over 70000 of its people died of drug overdose in 2017.

The point is that why does the Singapore government allow such nuanced anti China article to be published in the Straits Times. Why are such nuanced anti China articles not censored. Constantly publishing such anti China articles from the American and European source is very damaging to Singapore - China's relations. The editor of Straits Times is an Indian and he should be careful less he will be construed as pro India and pro America vis-a-vis their relations with China. If he keeps on being one sided against China in his publications he is definitely a liability to Singapore and he should be removed. It is no wonder a lot of Chinese Singaporeans are offended by such treacherous anti Chinese articles and are no more subscribing to the Straits Times.

The white men introduced poppy to China to help finance its imperialist objectives. The Opium Wars brought the eventual downfall of the Qing Dynasty.
In negotiating a truce, Trump pleaded with China to criminalise the manufacture and export of Fentanyl during the G-20 summit. It is an opioid used as a pain medication and for inducing anesthesia.

Fentanyl is 50 to 100 times more concentrated than morphine and 40 to 50 times more potent than heroin. China to date has not announce any measure to stop the manufacture or sale of Fentanyl. It is likely to drag its feet on the issue and let the white men get a taste of its sordid history selling opium to China.

The Singapore Chinese must stand up against any Anti-Chinese articles published by the Straits Times, Channel News Asia, Today, Asia One and Business Times.

Not doing so is to condone and encourage more such Anti-Chinese racist and insensitive propaganda to proliferate.

@ Han Chin Pet Soo, now Hakka mining museum, Ipoh:

The good old days: MONEY, lots and lots of MONEY... which results in drink, DRUGS, sexy-babes, gambling, fine food, mansions, fancy cars....and anything else a towkay desires 🤓

Drugs...they nearly destroyed Chinese society once. But first, a digression:

IMO, the Number One Strength of Chinese Culture is also the Number One WEAKNESS. I'm referring to FACE --- specifically with the negative situation of "loss of face". You rarely here of the positive case "gaining face". It is the NEGATIVE case of the LOSS of face which governs this cultural artefact.

Losing Face as a STRENGTH: This is a very powerful motivator for people the behave in certain ways so as not to "lose face". This is more powerful than any law. It requires everyone to be "police" --- namely the threat of social ostracisation, and diminished esteem in the eyes of others. It is a very effective governor of normative behaviour and conduct.

Losing Face as a WEAKNESS: Because the PAIN of Losing Face is so INTENSE, it is quite reasonable to expect that "honesty may not be the best policy" and that applying deception and deceit might be ways of avoiding the Loss Of Face...at least that would seem to be the case in the here-and-now where decisions have to be made, and action taken. This is where the cultural artefact of The Loss Of Face works against the truth, honesty in relationships, often resulting in more and more complexity (to hide layer after layer of deception). Being true to the facts should be the NUMBER ONE GOAL. Unfortunately due to the intense negative emotions, SAVING FACE becomes the #1 Goal instead; "saving face" at all costs.😒 Bad move, this weakens one's position.

The Western Media, and Loss Of Face
Whether they know it or not, the constant attack on China causes a lot of "Loss Of Face" amongst the Chinese, especially their government. This is why confabulations by the Western Media are so effective in controlling the narrative about modern China. China's response has never been strong --- either very passive or just denial weak rejoinders to the western media. WTF?? They need to lift their game lah. At the moment, the domestic response to anti-government criticism is find the offending dissident-blogger and lock the fucker up. This goes right back to "cannot lose face" mentality. IMO, this "loss of face shit" needs to disappear. People have to man the fuck up about their feelings and don't get so touchy at other's "hate speech" directed at you.

Drug In China
Instead of being passive and trying to "save face", China should jump on the drug manufacturers and traffickers ASAP to protect their own cuntry from the ravages of meth. Meth is a "white trash" drug, culturally speaking. But biologically speaking, we are all the same. Once "infected" with meth, that society has big social problems. In fact, if any evil cuntry wants to destroy China form within, widespread DRUG ADDICTION is a great way to do it.

Opium smoking use to be a CULTURE in China. Everyone from prince to successful merchant to lowly labourer engaged in it. This provided an opportunity for the Euros to hold China by the testicles and damn near nearly finished them in Opium Wars which in history caused THE BIGGEST LOSS OF FACE for the Chinese.

....all because DRUG ADDICTION became part of The Culture.

The West is trying very hard to drive a wedge between China and Myanmar.

Relations between China and Myanmar had been close during the military regime and impossible to prise apart, but now that they have succeeded in installing a partly non-military regime, but found out that they could not use Aung San Su Kyi to do their dirty work of weening Myanmar away from China, they are resorting to their usual dirty tricks of subterfuge and giving a dog a bad name and trying to skin it.

Pushing anything that goes wrong in this world to China seems to be the fashion. When Kim failed to agree to denuclearise after meeting Trump in Singapore, they blamed China. When China tried moving ahead with technological innovations they blame China for inserting spy chips inside smartphones, which were found to be untrue. They targeted Huawei when they lost the competitive edge in 5G innovation.

We can now see the vile and evil minds of the West working overtime to contain China and prevent it's rise, albeit too little too late when the momentum has already shifted from the West to the East.

The corrupted Kuomintang regime condoned opium smoking. Opium dens proliferated and millions of Chinese were addicted. The first thing Mao did when the PLA liberated China was to ban opium smoking and thousands of opium dens were shut down. Luckily Mao did not allow opium consumption to become a part of Chinese culture.

In the past, the white men knew that opium addiction would destroy Chinese culture and made China become The Sick And Dying Man of Asia. Today, drug trafficking remains a capital offence and the Chinese eschew it like the plague. On the other side of the Pacific Ocean, Uncle Sam has legalised the use of marijuana in certain states. Young white men are getting stoned daily and smoking pot has become a culture.

Instead of KPKB like ah ma in wet market, why not get in on the action too?!?!?

I've been buying some drug stocks in 2018, especially during the mini crashes. Not too much as I think many drug companies are speculative fly by night fuckers.

But more & more big MNC players are already in the action & expanding more drug R&D and product lines.

Good addition to my war stocks!!

Ⓜatilah $ingapura⚠️ said...

@ Fans of War and Drug stocks:

The word “Drugs” is far too general. It is important to clarify what is meant when using the word: are you referring to pharmaceuticals? Alternative medicine? Legalised marijuana and other “recreational substances”? Illicit substances?

There are folks who are long weed stocks --- especially in Canada where ganja is legal and ganja business is gathering steam. At the moment, there’s a shortage i.e. demand has overwhelmed supply :
https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-01-09/ganja-crisis-pot-shortage-could-last-3-years-canada

...and also caused (IMO) a bubble in ganja stocks. As more companies join the space, and as more cuntries legalise weed, prices and PE ratios should “normalise”.

Asian cuntries --- especially China and Singapore --- will be THE LAST to legalise ganja for either medicinal or recreational use, because of the historical baggage associated with drugs being a part of the culture. And yet, cannabis has been used in TCM for thousands of years. Go figure. Politics will always trump common sense.

Ganja of course is probably the safest drug of all. All humans have cannabinoid receptors as part of their nervous-endocrine systems i.e. we have a bio-chemical affinity to weed 😲👍😂, which is thankfully non-addictive. Now that SMOKING is out of fashion, edibles, oils and vapours have become preferred methods of GETTING STONED.

Methamphetamine, “Ice”, “Shabu shabu” and all the other street drugs available in EVERY Asian city, are fucking dangerous. They are addictive. Keeping them illegal makes them even more dangerous, because you get impurities (for increased profitability) and worst of all GANG VIOLENCE, because it’s the “entrepreneurs of violence” who are best at this game, since there is no “legal protection” from the government, and the government are actually the “enemy” of this lucrative underground enterprise.

China needs to be smart and shut down the meth trade in Myanmar. Not because “whitey says so” but to protect YOUNG CHINESE from a very dangerous substance.

I already have the stodgy healthcare & medical equipment & consumer staples stocks --- these are long time part of my foundational portfolio. In addition to war stocks haha!

When I say drug stocks, I'm referring to the cannabis, marijuana, CBD space. CBD is cannabidiol, which is the chemical component of cannabis with the medical therapeutic benefits but without the high or stoned effect.

More of the MNC pharma & consumer staples are coming into this medicinal & recreational drug business.

Altria (Malboro etc) is slowly getting out of traditional tobacco & going heavily into vaping and now marijuana / cannabis. They are catering mostly to N. American market.

Phillip Morris (the overseas portion of Altria) will still be heavy into tobacco due to the continued heavy demand from emerging markets like S. America, China, India, East Europe, Central Asia, SE Asia. But they are also R&Ding into marijuana too.

Every impt single real lasting fad or phenomenon will have a huge initial boom {many many small players} followed by a huge bust, then a real lasting steady not so exciting boom for the few key surviving players.
I suggest don't participate in this recent CBD n THC 1st phase boom... difficult to chose the winner. N many will bust. Wait for the 2nd phase just like in the aftermath of the Tech bust in 2000/2001 then can pick winners like Amazon n Yahoo n Microsoft n. Apple, etc.
From old n burnt before surviving player. Most of you in the blog are too old to lose an arm n leg. Take care.

@422pm

Thanks for the advice bro!

Yup 95% of these druggie companies will go bust or their stocks eventually drop -90% and be absorbed by bigger players for cents on the dollar.

These are for speculating ... like dotcom in the late 1990s or bitcoin in 2017. Boom may last 1 or 2 months or 1 or 2 years. It's not for buy & hold.

That's why I only allocate max around 3%-5% of my portfolio into these speculative companies.

Some of my more established invested MNCs are also getting into this drug area, but I invest into those companies more for their other core businesses and capital efficient moats.

Philippines' President Duterte launched a war on drug trafficking in 2016 but Uncle Sam condemned him for violating human rights instead of supporting him. Duterte promised to fill Manila Bay with the corpses of drug pushers. And he made good on that promise. The war on drugs was so terrifying that thousands of addicts actually voluntarily surrendered.

Chinese philanthropist and real estate developer Huang Rulun helped built a mega rehab centre for drug addicts. It was built using 75 shipping containers. The government plans to build four more mega treatment and rehabilitation facilities elsewhere in the country and many donors, including Chinese, have come forward. Duterte's war on drug has saved thousands of young pinoys from dangerous drugs-related death. Meanwhile Uncle Sam is still grappling with an escalating drug problem.
