If you are really proud of your ancestors, roots and origins, then you would not have used English (but Chinese, Malay, Tamil, etc.) to communicate amongst yourself.

I'm surprised the "victim" didn't defend himself. If in the USA, very simple, if you thing your life is in anyway in danger, get a Concealed Carry Permit and buy a firearm. Asian have their radar constantly trained on anti-Asian racism. This causes Asian viewers of clips like this to be REACTIONARY. I must admit, my initial emotion was anger.
But I watched the clip again. Notice how no one questioned the VERACITY of the footage. To me, it is far too "stable". Therefore I hold a suspicion that this was staged for the camera. They got a big bald white guy actor --- aka SKINHEAD-type --- to verbally abuse and physically assault another docile-type Asian actor. Is this clip fake news, or real? I don't know, and to the average consumer of viral videos, they don't know EITHER.
Street fights should never be "fair". You should get as DIRTY as necessary to NOT LOSE the altercation. Notice I didn't say "win". Don't allow your ego to take over to make a street fight some kind of "contest". The key is to survive, and get away. Report optional --- especially if you've cause your assailant grievous injury. Carrying a weapon for self-defense is illegal in most cuntries except for the US where you have that particular right in law, and in some states of the US there are robust "stand your ground" laws --- i.e. you are allowed to USE FORCE even LETHAL FORCE if you are physically threatened to the point where your only option is to retreat. You don't retreat. You stand your ground, draw your weapon and FIRE at the center mass (double tap lah!) of your attacker. You keep shooting until they drop. And you'll walk FREE.
