You people are just too much!

How can you people blame our govt for the haze problem huh? Rightly Shanmugam has told the people to leave the govt alone. We are just a small dot and when our neighbours farted we are sure to kongsi the ‘ba ooh’ right. You people don’t be like dat lah. Everything also wants to blame the govt. And Vivian tried to talk to the Indonesians and kena slammed. Feel so sorry for him for trying to fight for our right and safety. If like that our airport may go out of business too. But still it is their domestic affair ok. Don’t anyhow go and kacho. Wait kena bokok then you know.

What happens inside our neighbour’s house is their business. They want to cook curry, eat durian, fried smelly toufu, and the smell comes over, just bear with it lah. Won’t die one.

Next time if we want to go nuclear, locate our nuclear plant in one of the southern most island or in the northern most island and tell our neighbours don’t kacho, it is our domestic affair also. And if our northern neighbor locate their nuclear plant just next to the Straits of Johore, also none of our business.

We shall all be good neighbours and fart for as much as we want. Think of the good stuff, free smoke, duty free some more. Don’t forget to say thank you.

PSI now 170 at 2pm. Wait hit 2000 how, also cannot tell our neighbour not to fart?

Just accept the reality lah, if Sinkies have no power to change.

The haze, too many foreigners, Sinkies lost their jobs, high property prices, PAP is still the best to rule Sinkieland, etc, etc.

At least haze is better than tornadoes, earthquakes and tsunamis, tio bo?

RB, you are right. Must be grateful to the gov for bringing the haze upon sinkies so we can be high (sick) and no need to think so much about our grievances and sufferings. We can all live in cloud 9 despite all the unaffordability of living and joblessness due to foreigners without having to spend billions from the direct and indirect tax collected.

What the current status means is that we do NOT have the kind of warm relationship that the govt claims to have. If relationship is good, Vivian/Shanmuggam could have simply picked up the phone and called, instead of passing a message through the brothel's press.

Cannot even protect the people from haze or dengue and still have the cheek to have million dollar pay cheque. How many of you so daft to believe that they can protect you from enemies and not run away? What is the use of gov these days?

Anonymous said...

Jokes aside, something must be done and can be done. Minister Balakrishnan must know something when he called on the Indonesians to reveal the names of companies causing or contributing to the haze and suggesting "commmercial pressure" on them. Why are they reluctant to go to Parliament and pass legislation to punish guilty Singapore or Singapore based companies as the Americans have done e.g. BP for the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Anonymous said...

Yes, what can Sinkies do? Can we do anything if the PAP does not want to listen? It is the same treatment that our Government is getting from the Indonesians. They do not care ten hoots about which Sinkie Minister says what about the haze.

Anonymous said...

RB.. what's there to complain? Can have free smoke juz by opening our windows.

Er...joke shared by Pinky

Anonymous said...

I think they also have learnt from the pap by turning into deaf ears and dismissing those complaints as noise.

Anonymous said...

Now we know the PAPigs are just a bunch of useless old farts.
Earning million dollar salaries by telling us everything also not their job.

Anonymous said...

Sometimes you do wonder why need the gov. Might as well just close them down. They are very expensive to maintain.

Anonymous said...

Can easily can off the shelf software to replace them.

Anonymous said...

or outsource those useless ministries to some powerful countries and probably even cheaper and will have money left for the 'dirty' welfare stuff.

remember our big mouth pm try to suck up to obama in washington 2 months ago by telling china jokes. bmpm said beijing residents no need to smoke cigarettes, they just open their windows get free smoke. i'm sure prc's in china laughing at us now. he who laughs last laughs the longest. thank you very much bm pm.

Why can't the government be more proactive to help us?
Don't just tell us to stay at home. That is not much use.

Learn a lesson here.Have good Kamcheng with our neighbour and you can get help faster.

At the rate the annual haze comes and goes, I think even the mosquitos have developed immunity to them. So, forget about thanking the Indonesians for the free mosquito smoke out. Maybe that is the reason why the dengue mosquitos are so hardy nowadsys.

@ Anon 9.53pm

Obviously all d" military hardwares are for show lah."

Mb this is also a type of "chemical warfare waged on us". Mb worst than chemical warfare if psi reach 300, tio bo?

Obviously, "the few naval warships anchored in our changi naval base also for wayang despite chemical haze warfare waged on us liao". In a way it is lah, tio bo? Kns

Bro, to be members of ASEAN and supposed to be like family and cooperate is a lot of bullshits.

They wanted to be civil to each other and inaction led to the people's sufferings.

They should brought the matter to the UN long time ago and have the International Community deals with Indonesia.

Let the UN Secretary deals with this environmental issue instead of so much time spent to stop the chaos as created by the USA.

So it is not good to be a member of an association that cannot tells another member of their inconsiderate acts.

This is morevlike a "economic watfare".

Tourist cut short theirvstay alrdy. Others will simply skid this "smokeland". Actually no need open window also have "free smoke liao"!

Where got tourist so siao pay so much go tour tgen kanna stuck inside indoor cannot go sight seeing ......

So many pple wearing musk everywhere!

Yes Great G S S --- GREAT SMOKELAND SALE! UNIQUELY SMOKELAND. Anyone interested to come and have "GREAT EXPERIENCE" HERE?

Our dengue fight at least have an army of unexpected "chilvary foot soldiers " to "battle the outbteak" ----- all the shopkeepers. Since very free no tourist come so they bz themselves to "beat the mosquitoes"!

NEW GSS - GREAT SMOKELAND SQUAT.

With the newly enlisted army of mosquitoes fighters aka shop keepers, think all tge mosquitoes now have a real fight on hand liao

This looks like warfare on economic front .....

Worst then natural disasters. At least typhoon come one day over ......

USS Universal studio so fun but how to take all the heart stopping ride in thick smoke ..... later kanna heart attack or half way cannot breathe how ....... ?

Park connectors, swimming pool, southern ridge, bt timah hill, macritchie, sungei bodoh, east coast pk, sentosa siloso beaxh, tanjong beach, palawang etc etc

Walk to ntuc super market, hawker centres also maciam walk in big fire smoky zone can hardly breathe properly so at home or in office make instant maggie noodle eat lor .....

Siao liao .....

Skaly next day need report sick boss no happy better kuai kuai head home straight and weekend stay home do summer cleaning and house work safer and healthier for now

Hot summer still have long way to go. How arh? Like that all the retail biz think also siao liao. How to survive and thong like dat ...... ?

Anonymous said...

Aiyah, at least Singapore once a few years then got haze. In Beijing everyday like this. Don't complain too much. Wait every year kena.

Anonymous said...

Agree.

Man made disasters are potentially 1000 times more damaging and destructive than natural disasters. The economic havoc wreaked on a country can potentially be also 1000 times worst than any tsunami, typhoon, hurricane or earthquake.

Like the enemy better than ancient art of war. No need even fire a bullet can potentially make another country peng san and paralyse economically and socially. How ? Just sit there, tweeddle the thumbs and hope the situation improve via some pple kind hearted and pang chang us by burning less forest and agriculture waste. Mb since all the while we everything also so fearful and kiasi, mb should send some pple over, go on their knees, kowtow to them and beg for their mercy not too literarily suffocate our economy through the haze. Any volunteer know how to chakup bahasa lingua? Pls kee chiu
